Come enjoy your "home away from home"! This 2,100 square foot Florida house is completely renovated inside and out. You have the feel and location of an original beach house with all the amenities of new construction. The open floorplan with split bedrooms is perfect for families and/or company. The house opens in back to a private tropical paradise with beautiful landscaping around a lagoon-shaped pool with a swim-up bar, waterfall, and spa. The kitchen and baths have granite counters and tile with new appliances and bathroom surprises! The decor is refreshing with Pottery Barn colors!

Our home is on Venice island 8 houses from the beach and within walking distance to the historic district where there are restaurants,wine bars,shopping,tennis courts, and the little theatre. We are also within walking distance to Sharkys on the pier and about a half mile to Lake Venice Golf Club which is a public course. With our house we can offer a private deeded access to the beach where there are picnic tables, showers, and benches to watch the magnificient sunsets!

Venice offers the feel of Naples and Sarasota without all the traffic. There are over 100 restaurants ranging from gourmet to casual dining, public tennis courts, marinas, over 15 golf courses, and some of the best fishing around both in the Gulf and the intercoastal. Enjoy a stay in paradise!
