Our first trip to St. Augustine was amazing! We chose this condo knowing almost nothing about the city, and we really lucked out. The owner was so easy to work with, and the process of booking the condo was easy and stress-free. The condo itself was spacious and clean with a very lovely view of the ocean. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our short stay, and we felt right at home. The condo was also very well located and was just a short drive to all of St. Augustine's attractions. The Ocean Gallery is such a nice community. It is well-manicured and the pools are very nice. The indoor/outdoor heated pool is a nice touch, and our kids really enjoyed it. One small thing that I really appreciated was the fact that the check-out cleaning service is run by the Ocean Gallery, and the check-out procedures are set by the staff. Simply put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher, leave the towels in a pile on the floor, and leave your beds unmade. I can't tell you how many condos we have stayed at that had really specific rules about check-out. (Try checking out of a condo with two young kids by 10 a.m. and having all of the sheets washed! It's impossible!) There was no stress checking out here, and that made a big difference! The beach is just a short stroll from the condo. St. Augustine beach was such a nice surprise. The beach by the condo is expansive and has nice white sand. It's one of the nicest beaches that I've been to on the East Coast. St. Augustine is charming, and there are so many family friendly activities. We hope to return one day, and if we do, we will definitely stay in this lovely condo again! I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit St. Augustine!

We truly had an awesome time in St.Augustine Beach & staying in Cheryl's condo made it even more pleasant. Other than the spaciousness of it and the ocean view, we thought that the appliances were very modern & the bed quite comfortable. Being an end unit, it was also very airy due to the extra windows...we didn't need the air-conditioner at all! We felt at home there for a month. Ocean Gallery is a beautiful resort with great amenities & we marvelled at the manicured landscaping & at the cleanliness of the grounds. Also, we did enjoy the twenty minute walk back & forth to local restaurants and, of course, our daily walks on the beach...it is one of the most walkable beaches we've ever been to. Thanks, Cheryl & we do hope to go back in the near future.

We have stayed at Ocean Gallery before and already knew we loved the property, but this condo is such a great find. The condo is very spacious and clean and the view of the ocean and pond from the back porch are really nice. St. Augusinte was invaded with jellyfish the week we were there, so we were unable to spend too much time in the ocean, but that really didn't dampen the vacation very much because the pools are so nice--- and the property as well as St. Augustine have so much to offer. Can't wait to return next year! Oh and by the way we have a toddler and a teen and they were completely entertained.

We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it! The view was great, the condo was clean, extremely spacious, the kitchen had everything you need to cook with (which we did a yummy seafood boil). It's a really nice condo and I liked having tile floor in the kitchen and living room- easy cleanup with a toddler and sand also from being at the beach! It is a short walk to the beach and pool. The beach is perfect for little ones and it's so wide you never feel crowded, it's my favorite from now on! The property is beautiful, quiet and so close to everything. We had a great time and I can't wait to go back!! Thanks so much Cheryl!

Cheryl has a very nice condo. You can sit on the sofa and see the ocean! There is an outside terrace that is great to drink coffee, have a snack, watch the ocean waves. Great hostess. Very accommodating! Very caring about her renters! Condo is large and spacious. Could easily hold 6 or 8 people. Just steps from the board walk to the ocean. End of the complex so it is quiet too. Ocean Gallery folks were very nice. St. Augustine and area is a great place to visit even in December! Outlet mall is close if you want to shop! Thanks again, Sunshine
Owner response:Thanks for visiting our place! Glad you enjoyed your visit. Also, in response to previous comments, we have replaced the microwave and dishwasher. Thanks, again!

We had a fabulous time at Ocean Gallery. It was quite a celebration for our family enjoying both the Thanksgiving holiday as well as the birth of a new baby. The location was perfect for all of our travels, shopping, dining and fun! The condo had everything we needed and was really spacious. We definitely plan on coming back. I shopped around for a couple of weeks and was really happy with the value. Highly recommend you enjoy your vacation here!

The owners are a dream to work with and the condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and the king bed was a beautyrest...quite comfy. The kitchen was adequate and most of the appliances were fairly new with the exception of the dishwasher. That didn't bother me because I do most dishes by hand with it being just my husband and I. The complex was gorgeous and immaculately landscaped. The pools and hottub were very clean and well maintained. We had one major hiccup but between the owners and the management office, it was handled sufficiently. I will definitely contact Cheryl for our next trip down to St. Augustine!

Our family stayed here for a full week. The process was simple. The owners were helpful. The view was beautiful. Conveniently located to the stairs directly next to the parking lot, trash receptacle was just a few short steps away (not to worry, no trash odors pervaded the space), and the elevator was a very short walk away, which upon exiting the elevator, put you maybe 10 steps away from the pool/hot tub area. As for the condo, itself, Nana said the bed in the MB was as comfortable as her bed at home. Our girls rested well on their twin beds. We cannot attest to how comfortable the sofa bed was since we had our own blow up bed that we slept on in the living room. The washer/dryer was actually BETTER than ours at home. The only complaint I had was that the dishwasher needs to be replaced sometime in the near future, but Cheryl is so on top of things, I bet the next time we reserve this condo (and we will) that there will be a new dishwasher waiting on us. Price was more than reasonable for the quality of the space. I recommend this for the families that are budget-conscious and know that the point of going to FL is getting to the beach, not getting granite counter tops in the kitchen! Thank you Cheryl for sharing with us!

We planned on staying for a month and had such a lovely time we stayed an extra week! Attractively and comfortably furnished, our family of four enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The pre-teen raved over the uncommonly comfortable (his exact words) sleeper couch in the living room and loved waking up every morning with the dawn as it broke over the ocean, spilled onto the balcony and ended in the living room. We ate breakfast/brunch/lunch on the balcony many days to enjoy the ocean view. We all enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi adjacent to our building - just a few minutes walk from our door to the pool deck. From there it was a short boardwalk to stepping onto Crescent Beach. There were several small landscaped ponds around our building. Every time we looked, we spotted turtles and ducks and frogs and bunnies that congregated along the water. My husband enjoyed the sand and surf the most - boogie boarding and skim boarding almost every day. The eighteen year old was most impressed with the fast and reliable WiFi that allowed him to maintain his daily doses of facebook, myspace, twitter, AIM, email and IM. (Sigh - sad to me that he spent more time on his laptop than outside. But he seemed as happy as a clam.) I walked the beach for hours every night and spent most afternoons by the pool. As the mom, I was also pleased to find a well-equipped kitchen and the full-size washer and dryer. Both the owner and the on-site management company were pleasant and professional. Even the inevitable hiccup was well-handled. The AC broke the second week we were there. I made one call. In a little under six hours later, it was returned to perfect working order. If only I could get things fixed that easily at home. We were pleased and would enthusiastically recommend this place to our friends and family.

We were lucky enough to find this condo on VRBO and got a great deal with the owners for 4 nights. Wish now that we could have stayed longer. It is a great condo with plenty of room for the whole family. We loved the balcony and the ocean view. Saw lots of wildlife (tortoises, bunnies, ducks)around the grounds. Would love to come back next year. Great vacation!
