Come and sit on the back porch of this charming Chalet and dip your feet in the East Verde River while watching the beauty of the changes of fall.. This lovely home has three bedrooms, three baths, a Great room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with formal dining, covered in knotty pine. There is an open, eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar. The family room overlooks the river and has plenty of room for playing games, watching movies or just relaxing at the
window looking at the river flow by.

Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the downstairs master bedroom that overlooks the river and has a jacuzzi tub in the bath. A queen bed in the upstairs bedroom and a trundle day bed in the family room, all together sleeping 6 people. All bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided.

The outdoors deck has a patio table and chairs, cozy porch swing, all overlooking the river with fishing poles and tackle provided. The lower,fenced and gated flagstone patio has relaxing anirandak chairs a propane grill and a fire ring overlooking the rose garden and river. The side yard includes a large dog kennel. The driveway has ample room for four cars, atv toys or a boat.

The kitchen is complete with fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave and coffee maker as well as numerous small appliances. Dishes, cookware, utensils and condiments are provided.

The great room and family room have Satellite tv, dvd and vcr players along with a large selection of dvd's and videos as well as board games, reading materials and a foose ball table.
The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is central heating, a cooler, and ceiling fan. There is plenty of outside seating for entertaining or just lounging. The large driveway has ample room for your travel needs.
