The 'Main House' is a two-story, four (4) bedroom, one and a half (1 1/2) bathroom renovated historic home. The house has one (1) queen bed, one (1) full bed, three (3) twin beds, and one (1) queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The house has a wrap-around upper balcony, and a wrap-around porch, overlooking the pool and sun deck.
The house is completely furnished with linens, towels, has a full kitchen (all cooking and eating utensils), central a/c, ceiling fans, cable, HBO, HDTV, DVD/CD player, internet telephones, and secured high speed wireless internet access.
The house is located at the corner of Thomas and Angela Streets - (2) blocks west of the center of Duval Street; (4) blocks east of Fort Zachary Taylor State Park/Beach. The gated compound is within easy walking or biking distance to everything in Old Town Key West.
The property is very private. Common elements include a 10'x35' pool (including a 5'x10' Jacuzzi), a 10'x40' sundeck, gas barbecue, 8'x10' heated Jacuzzi, and washer dryer. The lush landscaping includes bananas, hibiscus, orchids, palms, and brick walkways throughout. (Rental terms are minimum (30) days, stays may be less - rates are negotiable.)
