The NO DRIVE ON BEACH is perfect place to spend the day, surf-fishing, taking long walks, biking, or just relaxing by the ocean.
We are located on the Atlantic ocean, easy access to the Intracoastal river, fish or kayak the back waters.
Within blocks of the Colony Beach Club you will find the River Breeze Park which features boating, fishing, playground and an observation dock perfect for watching the dolphins and manatees as they play and feed along the banks of the Intra Costal waterway, the area is a bird watchers paradise.
Only 7 short miles south to Canaveral National Seashores, great surf-fishing, shelling and long walks (5 public beach access areas with parking).
Downtown New Smyrna Beach has a great historic district, shopping, restaurants,and galleries.

My husband and I rented this condo for the first week in November 2009 and LOVED IT! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. Being on the first floor made it a quick trip right out the sliding door to the pool and then you're just a few more steps to the beach. The amenities were great, we didn't have to bring anything with us other than a few beach towels and some snacks, they had everything. The king size bed was very comfortable; there was plenty of room to relax and watch T.V. as well. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a nice dining area to sit in. I have been going to New Smyrna Beach pretty much ever since I was born (so about 30 years) and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have an nice, easy, relaxing week at the beach. The owners were wonderful to do business with as well. A real winner in New Smyrna!!!

A very relaxing vaction! The Condo was clean and comfortable, well maintained. Owners were very easy to work with and price was reasonable. This condo has a great location on the beach. I only wish we could have stayed longer! I would definately stay here again given the opportunity!

Our THIRD visit to Colony Beach Club was just as wonderful as the others! Nicely updated, and immaculately kept this is definitely one of THE BEST bargains on the beach. You will not be disappointed with this rental or it's owners. Wonderful, relaxing, oceanfront complex.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.
