A very relaxing vaction! The Condo was clean and comfortable, well maintained. Owners were very easy to work with and price was reasonable. This condo has a great location on the beach. I only wish we could have stayed longer! I would definately stay here again given the opportunity!

Our THIRD visit to Colony Beach Club was just as wonderful as the others! Nicely updated, and immaculately kept this is definitely one of THE BEST bargains on the beach. You will not be disappointed with this rental or it's owners. Wonderful, relaxing, oceanfront complex.

Clean and well maintained property. Nice furnishings. Great owners. If you want a nice, clean, family oriented place to stay this is for you. Very safe, off the beaten path, but within driving distance to major attractions. Our vacation was in July and we cannot wait to get back next year!!

My husband and I rented this condo for the first week in November 2009 and LOVED IT! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. Being on the first floor made it a quick trip right out the sliding door to the pool and then you're just a few more steps to the beach. The amenities were great, we didn't have to bring anything with us other than a few beach towels and some snacks, they had everything. The king size bed was very comfortable; there was plenty of room to relax and watch T.V. as well. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a nice dining area to sit in. I have been going to New Smyrna Beach pretty much ever since I was born (so about 30 years) and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have an nice, easy, relaxing week at the beach. The owners were wonderful to do business with as well. A real winner in New Smyrna!!!

It was a long drive from Toledo,Oh But getting here was worth the wait. The condo is nice and beautiful, everyone was so nice and friendly. All of us had a great time going swimming and playing in the ocean.

Somehow a 7 night vacation has turned into 10. My husband owns a business and I'm a teacher---- we rarely relax. However, we have made ourselves a home right here in your condo. Our 4 year old learned to swim in the pool. One of your neighbors met us and gave us a personal tour of NSB.

This was our 3rd summer here in the NSB area. Each year gets better. Sidney (9) and Dutch (7) didnt stop for the whole week. We met a lot of very nice people that made our stay great. A bit of rain early was a blessing because when the sum came our it was a summer sun. Looking forward to making more memories for the kids. We will be back again,its too perfect. See you next year.

I can not say enough about how wonderful the condo is. The condo is right by the ocean, it is well kept and clean. The owners are wonderful to rent from. We were there in May and it was my first vacation to Florida and the ocean. Definitely hope to come back.

Condo is much more than described. Condo was well equipped and very clean. I very much enjoyed my stay and would like to stay here again in the near future. I would definitely recommend this condo to future vacationers.

I have been vacationing in the New Smyrna Beach area for over 30 years. My wife & I just spent the month of January 2008 in this condo. The staff at the Colony Beach Club is outstanding. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The condo facility is well maintained, accessable and located close to everything in the area. The condo is very nice, well furnished and excellantly maintained. I would recommend staying at this condo
