The pictures do not do the condo justice - it is simply amazing. We would highly recommend the condo to anyone. It was nice to have covered parking for our vehicle. The condo owners were wonderful to work with and they assisted in making our trip extremely memorable. The condo was not only beautiful, but clean, and beautifully decorated. I can still hear the sound of the ocean - and I miss it. This was our children's first trip; first airplace experience. The condo worked out well for our family. The ECP airport was very nice - they people were so very nice there - Southwest Airlines was wonderful!! Best food - Andy's Flour Power (best breakfast), Five Guys Burgers & Fries (loved their cheeseburger & FF) & Margaritaville was kid friendly with a wonderful deck. We loved Pier Park - spent alot to time there. If you have children, the Miracle Strip is magical and the train is very nice. Country Pier was fantastic...our kids loved to see all the fisherman bringing in the big fish(s). We visited AAAdventures at Sea for a boat tour and had the best captain ever. We got a really big bag of seashells on Shell Island & saw 8 dolphins. It was truly unforgettable!! The weekend we were there - it was the Emerald Coast Cruisin Weekend - the best colllection of classic cars in the world.

Awesome Vacation Home

This condo, is everything listed in the ad and more. It truly felt like home. From the moment we walked in, until the time we walked out this morning, we were in total awe of this unit. It was very clean and the view from the balcony, every morning, was truly spectacular. The staff at Grand Panama, helped to make it a pleasurable experience. Everyone, made you feel important. Jenifer the owner of the property was very accessible and easy to talk to. She handled a couple of minor maintenance issues extremely fast. The location is right in the middle of everything, in PCB. Which made it easy to get around. The beach is very clean, the water was crystal clear and the beach service was another nice perk. Also on the beach, there's access to Jet skis, Parasailing and Banana Boat rides. We enjoyed all of those acitivities.The pool area is another great amenity to this resort. We can't wait to go back, just hope it's available when we're ready to return to PCB. Thanks, Jenifer for allowing us to access your portion of Paradise. We'll always remember this place.

Great Spring Break Stay

Would return for this one! Not all of the property's facilites were fully open in early March, otherwise this would have been a five-star. Very well-appointed, clean, well-maintained, superb location, and great amenities. Resort staff was helpful when needed. Best part of the condo--beach chair service!! The master was a little tight space-wise, but ohhh-so-comfortable.... and who says in the room at the beach, anyway? The condo sleeps six, but with four of us, we had plenty of space. Master bath is very roomy. Best part of the property--super-easy access directly to the parking structure from Middle Beach Road, avoiding the 'parking lot' that is called Front Beach Road. This is CRITICAL during the busy times. The resort had extra security for spring break, which was very comforting with two teenagers in our party. Jenifer was great to work with. A great place to stay.

We just stayed at this condo, and it was amazing. super clean, nicely decorated. The property is in a great location, and the staff does an amazing job keeping it clean. The view is breathtaking! The BBQ grills were a great addition, we cooked out 3 nights. The beds are so comfortable! Nice washer/dryers in the unit. I will come here year after year! You won't be disappointed. The owners take great care of it, and have great communication as well. A+ vacation spot. This was our first visit to PCB we have always gone to Destin, but we liked this by far better then Destin. We did parasailing, jet ski dolphin cruises, banana boat, and rented scooters, the location just couldn't have been better. Great family area. The beach chair service was a big plus for us! Loved it.

Jenifer was very easy to work with. Mas/bd at front/ ocean view and ex/bd at back. Very Clean and well maintained. 6th floor was perfect. Early mornings see the dolphins swim by from your private balcony. Beach chairs just waiting on you everyday. Tip your beach boy he works hard just for you. Nice area, safe, and lots of familys. Lots of good restaurants near by. If you have your kids with you rent a boat for the afternoon, best bang for you buck. The BEACHS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND OIL FREE!! Easy check-in and out. Thanks Jenifer for a great place and time. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Spent a week in this rental with a friend and four pre-teen kids! Our week was fabulous, thanks to Jenifer Rodgers! Have never dealt with a more considerate, accomodating or honest person. The condo was perfect for us, with every convenience, very well maintained, conveniently located near the elevator and breezeway to cross the street to the parking garage, and a very short drive to Pier Park, which we all loved! Loved our time at the beach, especially having the daily beach chair service. The pool area is beautiful, very well maintained, and we enjoyed using the grill there one night, actually had our dinner there with friends we met during the week. Jenifer kept in touch, with suggestions for places to go, things to do, etc. I would highly recommend this condo and certainly recommend working with Jenifer!

Spring 2010

My girlfriend and I spent January – April 2010 in this unit. It was as described and we had zero complaints during the course of our stay. The owners were very easy to work with and very accommodating to our situation (military family with constantly changing arrival / departure dates). The unit was as describe and it now has in room internet, both wired and WIFI. The kitchen was very well outfitted, and the beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing, both the living room and master bedroom look out over the beach and the gulf. The facilities at the Grand Panama were always well taken care of, and the staff was always polite and very helpful. All in all we have no complaints and were sad to leave when the time came. We have and will continue to recommend this unit to friends.

My family and I spent a week here in August 09. The condo is better suited for six people or less because the rooms are so small. The living room and both bedrooms are tiny. The master bedroom has a king bed that was comfortable but there is litterly no room to move around in the bedroom. It was so small that there's only room for one bedside table. I had to use my suitcase as a stand-in. There's a problem with ants in the master bedroom as well. Also, the worst thing about the condo was the couch.... soooo uncomfortable. The owners should really think about replacing it. It was uncomfortable both as a bed and as a couch. All-in-all though, the location is perfect and the beach, pool, and work-out rooms are very nice. The onsite staff is great and the owners were easy to interact with.

Owner response:In response to this review, we have made a couple of changes to our condo. As of January 2010, there is brand new furniture in the living room. But, in response to this review, the sofa is not a sleeper sofa. Our condo is a roomy 1150 square feet. We formerly listed that 6-8 people could sleep in the condo, with the understanding that 6 could sleep comfortably. The master bedroom is large enough to have 2 bedside tables, but again, in an effort to make it as comfortable as possible, we chose not to put an extra table in. In response to the ant situation, we were not given any information as to the problem. If we were, the ants would have been eradicated that day. Communication is key. We were told of none of these problems in speaking with the tenant after their vacation. We take all comments seriously and want our renters to enjoy their vacation thoroughly. So, if there are any issues that arise during your stay, please contact us at any time and we will do what we can to make your stay more enjoyable.

Great place to stay!

We stay here once a year at this condo and it is very nice! A couple of things I like most are that the furniture is nice and makes me feel at home. It is also just the right height up and has a wonderful view. Parking is easy. One of the reasons to keep coming back every year is that you know what to expect. Well you can expect a nicely furnished condo in a great area of the beach with an awesome pool and even a tiki bar! Even the air is ice cold if that is what you like. My wife likes to hang out on the beach all day. That is her idea of vacation. My idea of vacation is staying in the condo all day and watching TV and munching on snacks with out a cel phone ringing all the time! I come back to this condo every year because I know what I am getting every time. The furniture, the TVs, the beds, the A/C, the appliances......everything is nice and comfortable! It also helps that Jenifer is nice to deal with which makes the stay wonderful. If you can't tell, we really enjoy staying at this condo!

Best Condo Resort in Panama City!

My husband and I have been going to Panama City Beach for years. We lucked up by renting from Jennifer last May. The condo was so perfect! We will never rent anywhere else. We loved it so much that I came back late August for a girls getaway. The condo is decorated beautifully, huge kitchen, walk-in shower, and we practically lived on the balcony. We ate all our meals outside with the most beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. The free beach service was excellent because you get an umbrella with the chairs. We loved eating at the Tiki bar and grabbing a cocktail and taking back to the pool. Be sure to try one of the hamburgers (to die for). The resort is very well maintained and the location can't be beat. If you want a luxurious condo right on the beach, this is the one. You will not be disappointed. Jennifer is great to work with and the condo was immaculate. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful grounds/resort, condo looked professionally decorated and was clean and homey. Beach/sand/water was so pretty and clear and it was great to have the beach chairs. Location was close to everything-very convenient.Even though it was spring break, Grand Panama resort itself was so nice and quiet and family oriented--our kids had a great time and we could actually relax and watch them play on the beach. The owners were very nice and easy to work with--made everything very easy for us to check in.

New Years 2009

The property was as described. Very spacious unit, well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, and what a view. The only thing missing was an internet connection in the room. But hey, this was a vacation... right? The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The only negative would be the snug parking spaces. The owners were very cordial and accommodating of our last minute travel plans. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to going back.
