For your comfort there are ceiling fans in the living room and two bedrooms. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Also a reserved covered parking space and a secured storage room near the elevator are included.
The private 18-hole, championship, Lewis/Azinger Signature Golf Course is a members only course from January through April, that challenges all levels of play. There is a fully-equipped pro shop, driving range, practice sand bunkers, and putting green. For a modest transfer fee of $250, renters are entitled to $35.00 green fees - January through April, as well as use of all clubhouse amenities.
Cedar Hammock is a gated community with a stunning 22,000-square-foot clubhouse with fine and casual dining including a bar, pro tennis courts, pool, spa, and fitness center.
