This condo was newly painted, even hand painted murals on walls, with peaceful beige & blue colors. The palm tree theme was throughout the condo. The condo was clean and looked better than the pic tures. We were so happy with the condo and the Summit we extended our stay from 7 to 11 nights. We loved the warm pool and beautiful gulf waters. The Tiki Bar is a fun place to chill out any time of afternoon or evening. We hope to return in the future. Thanks, David.

Had a great stay at your condo. The condo was clean upon arrival and the pictures are as they appear. Couldnt get any better than the 1st floor. We had a great stay during July the 4th week at a great price. I would just like to thank the owner David for the use of his condo and would love to book with him again in the future. Once again thank you for a very clean and comfortable stay.

Very clean and just steps away from the pool and beach out the back patio door. We had the most relaxing vacation! Friendly owner and easy to work with. Will definatley rent from again! Thanks David for sharing your awesome condo with us we had a blast! Crystal & Jason W.
