This beautiful home comes with the convenience of two golf carts to enjoy the short 1-2 minute ride through the community and/or beach board walks to the beach or pools.
The only difficult choice you will have is choosing between the west facing master suite on the main level with travertine flooring and a private screened porch or the east facing master suite on the second level with beautiful walnut flooring and a private open porch. Both master baths have two separate sinks, claw foot bath tubs and elegant two head showers. The shower on the second level has three body massage wall sprays.
There are also 2 bedrooms with queen beds that opens to a covered deck. Each queen BR also has its own connected bath.
The kids will love the second level bunkroom featuring four bunk beds; each bed has its own night light. The sliding barn room doors will also excite the kids by giving them the feeling of their own private hideaway.
Need to get away for a little quiet time-each bedroom, except the bunkroom, has access to a private porch, as well as a screen porch off the main living area.
The main living area has surround seating for lounging and viewing the 42 inch 1080i plasma HD television with over 100 cable television and music channels. Play your DVDs on the DVD player. The home has also has WIFI available for access in any room or porch in the house. Phone service is provided through the internet, so all local and long distance calls are free.
The Beach is only moments away. Imagine riding a bike or the golf cart to the beach or pool in less than two minutes. Park within five steps of the sugar white sands of the most secluded beach on scenic county road 30-A. Call the HOA and rent an umbrella and chairs or take the four beach chairs provided. Take a ride in the golf carts provided for exploring the beautiful Watersound community.
After your beach experience come back to the house and enjoy the private outside shower with a nine foot high rain spray shower.
Let your kids ride their bikes behind the community gates, play in one of the many shared community pools or play mini golf in Puttering Park just a few steps away from the house. Walk around Camp Creek Lake on the east side of the the community or visit Deer Lake State Park, which adjoins the property to the west.
If you feel the need for hustle and bustle, head west on 30-A to the shops and restaurants of Seaside and Watercolor, located only 4 miles away or East to Rosemary Beach only 3 miles away for additional shops and restaurants!!
There are two beautiful and challenging golf courses nearby, Camp Creek Golf Club (public)and Sharks Tooth (private). Your rental will allow access to Sharks Tooth with advance arrangements.
