In the living room matching couch and love seat with coffee table, end tables and 62" TV. Desk in the den with internet access upon request. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all utensils needed.

You will find queen size beds in both the master and guest rooms. TV in the master bedroom. All linens for bath and bedrooms supplied. Includes a patio with furniture, gas BBQ and extended garage.

The golf club's, par 72, 18 hole championship golf course, designed by Greg Nash, offers 4 sets of tees ranging from 5100 to 7000 yards. The clubhouse features a bar and restaurant overlooking the 18th hole, as well as an outdoor heated pool, spa, and fitness center.

Golf at Corte Bella Golf Club: As renters you are considered residents and may golf at current resident (non-member) rates: January - March 2008 rates are: $85.00 for 18 holes, $35,00 for 9 holes. Rates are reduced in the summer.

Golf at 7 other courses within 3 1/2 miles are available for play at winter prices - $34.00.
