The Sanctuary (a 55+ community) is located in the Cape Haze area, just minutes from Boca Grande, gulf beaches, fishing, golf courses, and nature trails. Restaurants of all types within a fifteen minute drive.
The Sanctuary is just that, a "sanctuary". Quiet, away from traffic yet within a 5 to 15 minute drive of many city, county, and state parks, some on the Intercoastal Waterway or Gulf of Mexico.
The Sanctuary facilities include heated pool, tennis court, and bocci court.
Our condominium is surrounded on three sides by natural areas, is a large, spacious unit (1800 square feet) with a cathedral ceiling and skylights in the living/dining area.
Condominium is available by the month for the 2009-2010 season except for March and April 2010.
