The home which has been published in many architectural magazines and books allows you to either enjoy the lush and private surroundings, or venture out to any of the great wineries. Convenient to both Sonoma and Napa Valley, the main house offers 3 bedrooms all with their own private baths as well as 2 other baths located throughout the residence.

The chef's kitchen will be the delight to any gourmet or aspiring chef. Relax either fireside with a nice glass of wine and a book, or venture downstairs into the media room complete with theater seating 50" plasma screen TV and DVD Library. The home has high-speed wireless internet access as well as a sound system throughout.

Meander out into the lush gardens complete with swimming pool, hot tub, and the ultimate entertainer's outdoor bar and kitchen area. Don't forget to pick some heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil from the cutting garden to complete your wine country dinner table.

The pool house features a complete outdoor kitchen and bath. The outdoor shower in the bamboo grove is awesome either morning or night. The many Asian inspired pieces and touches throughout the home are so warm and inviting.

There is also a completely furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house located on the property with its own private gardens and kitchen. The Guest House is great for additional guests or weekend visitors. This is currently unavialble at this time.

  • I have spent almost 5 months in this place back in 2006. I was renting the guest house with 2 others friends from France. All of us were students coming to California for a training period. Chris & George really helped us a lot and we have spent such great moments in the property. The area is really quiet and the atmosphere inspire beauty and "art de vivre". Sonoma itself is a nice town to live in and you can enjoy so many great wines and restaurants downtown. I hope that you will enjoy Park Avenue as much as we did. I am still missing this place ! A bientôt. Morgan de France !

This is a kitchen that makes cooking fun. One of my very favorite areas is the outdoor kitchen, pool and garden area. My family has had some very wonderful times cooking, relaxing and enjoying the pool. The owners have done a fabulous job to make this retreat my favorite home away from home.

  • We love this retreat better than most vacation hotels! This incredible home has all the modern comforts and conveniences we need for a fully relaxing weekend out of the city. We're particularly fond of the large gourmet kitchen where we both can prep and cook, the professional media room and of course the large pool and gardens -- perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Perhaps the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Close to Sonoma Square -- but forget about that as you'll never want to leave the house.

  • I stayed here with my family to celebrate a birthday. The best way to describe this home is like staying at a private Four Seasons. Incredible outdoor landscaping with a serene herb/vegetable/flower garden. Each day we would make breakfast outside in the full outdoor kitchen (dishwasher, gas grill and range, etc). Many nice walking trails nearby. Close proximity to well-known wine tasting rooms. Great movie room with large plasma and surround sound. One of the most relaxing and complete vacations my family has taken together.

  • What a phenomial property. My wife and I and some of our friends came up from LA to spend 2 weeks in the wine country at this wonderful estate. The grounds are breathtaking, the home funishings are warm and inviting. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, the outdoor kitchen, and dining by candlelight in the warm September nights. It was truly an amazing place. This is nicer than any "4 Seasons" property that we have ever stayed at. The owner's have truly thought of everything.
