This recently refurbished vacation cabin on an old 80 acre homestead is now available for rent. It is the only dwelling on a private driveway that has a gate that can be locked for additional privacy. The cabin borders Samuel Boardman State Park with ocean and forest views.
It is off the grid with both 12 volt and 110 volt electricity, propane refrigerator, heat, range and hot water. It has two bedrooms and a futon with a very comfortable inner-spring mattress that makes into a double bed.
There is a large deck with an unsurpassed view looking south along the southern Oregon coast. The Oregon Coastal Trail runs in front of the property and there are some very nice beaches and rivers nearby.
