Spacious top floor unit with vaulted ceilings, it is one of the largest units in Expedition Station. 1300 Square foot unit is not normally on the rental pool but we typically open it up for Christmas, New Year's and other times that we may not be there. This unit is very clean and is our home away from home. All of the comforts of home are in our unit. An incredible place to make your vacation memories!
In 2008 we replaced all of the appliances in the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and we converted one of the bathrooms into a full size shower and put in our own washer and dryer!
Keystone is an awesome ski area with an incredible terrain park, beginner to advanced runs, and an excellent ski and boarding school. Keystone offers dinner sleigh rides, and a fondue restaurant at the top of the mountain. Ride the gondola to the top wrapped up in blankets in the dark! Make your reservations now if you can because it fills up fast.
Expedition Station has its own swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, and workout room. It also has a spacious lobby with its own pool table.

Year Purchased: 2004
Family of four with two teenage children. Colorado native and I love to be in the mountains, skiing, hunting, golfing, fly fishing and biking.
Why the Owner Chose River Run, Expedition Station
We love Keystone. It is a great family mountain and the gondola makes skiing enjoyable especially on really cold days. Great snow, friendly mountain and we love the River Run area. Our building is only a 3 to 5 minute walk to the gondola in ski boots! Great restaurants, nice people but pack a lunch. Food on the mountain is very expensive. Keystone is only 1 hour and 15 minutes away from Denver.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our unit is one of the largest in the Expedition Station building. It is our second home and we love going up there to relax. We recently remodeled one of our bathrooms and put in a beautiful shower and washer and dryer. Definitely adds to the convenience especially with lots of wet ski clothes. Our building has its own pool, hot tub, weight room and steam room.
