We are local private owners that keep our vacation homes in excellent condition.

Relax and enjoy our 4 year old Townhome - Sleeps 6. The entire unit has Plantation Shutters with tile downstairs, and Granite tops in the kitchen. We had a two tone paint application done to make the home warmer. It is well located to all of the North Scottsdale activities. There are TV'S in the living room, Master and 2nd Bedroom with Cox Cable and the Sports Package.

When you arrive, we believe you will feel right at home. Cool, and comfortable 1100 square foot 2 BR/2.5BA Villa. Zip 85024. The Villa complex has 1 swimming pool that is naturally heated only by the good old Arizona Sunshine.

Across the street you can explore the Reach 11 Recreation area. The new upscale City North and One Scottsdale are future high end shopping areas in the category of Rodeo Drive. They are now both under construction with partial openings expected in late 2008.

Ideally located in a great North Scottsdale - NE Phoenix Location. 5 minutes away, and you are in the shopping Mecca of Desert Ridge. Just a short 10 minutes or so to the Westin Spa & Resort at Kierland a fabulous and unique relaxing pedestrian friendly shopping/dining/resort experience not to be missed.

An abundance of upscale, fine dining experiences are available in nearby Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Paradise Valley Resorts, and Phoenix. The cultural experiences of Old Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Phoenix are approximately 20 minutes away.

Annual events like the Barrett Jackson’s Car Auction, FBR Golf Open, art shows, and Arabian Horse shows are also only 10 minutes away.and all of the hot spots in North Scottsdale. Kierland Center, The new City Center is about 5 minutes.(partial opening later 2008) West World,FBR Open, and the Car shows etc, etc., are only few minutes away.

Mayo North is very close. Mayo Scottsdale is about 20 minutes.

Located only minutes away from the AZ-51 Freeway which provides easy access to every major freeway in the Valley (I-10, AZ-101, AZ-202, AZ-60, etc.) Sky Harbor Airport is about 20 minutes right down the 51 Freeway.

Numerous golf courses are located within a 10-mile radius of the condo, for example, Kierland, Paradise Valley Community - a small Public course (only 10 minutes away), The new Marriott Hotel & course are 5 minutes, Gainey Ranch Golf Club, and Camelback Golf Club to name a few.

  • My friend and I were the first people who stayed in this home away from home. We had a fantastic time. The property was immaculate, very comfortable, close to everything we needed, and was equipped with everything we needed (and then some!). Our host was friendly, kind and most considerate. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an alternative to the usual "hotel/motel" digs. Returning to Phoenix in about six months and will definately plan to stay there again.
