Our two bedroom, family friendly, senior friendly Panama City Beach condo rental was professionally decorated with contemporary style furnishings, and has over 1400 square feet of unique architecture and details that you won't find anywhere else on the beach.
Along with a great room which encompasses living and dining as the focal point for family gatherings, the 9' ceilings, crown moldings, recessed lighting, are just some of the features that help to make this condo feel like a home.
Our oceanfront family room has a sofa sleeper with a queen size bed... a new 42" flat screen tv with our private collection of movies with a variety that will please everyone... books, board games and magazines. We also feature free WIFI.
The master bedroom features a brand new king size bed (top of the line), designer quality linens/pillows and overlooks the oceanfront with double patio doors that lead to the expansive 30' balcony. There's a flat screen tv with dvd player, along with an immense walk in closet for extra storage. The master bath features an oversized double shower with dual shower heads, double marble sinks and separate commode room.
The second bedroom also features designer linens/pillows, a queen size bed, tv, dvd player, spacious closet, along with its own private bath.
The kitchen has all the latest top of the line GE Profile appliances, double door refrigerator, glass top range, dishwasher, microwave, with black granite countertops, bar stools, cookware, bake ware, and a separate formal dining area. Everything you could possibly need to cook a gourmet meal is here for your use. Or, walk next door to experience one of the best seafood restaurants on the beach.
Making our home complete is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, along with an expansive foyer to greet your guests.
We are on the exclusive, quiet end of Thomas Drive, and within walking distance to St. Andrews Park, the fishing pier, all of the famous restaurants, Scampis, Schooners Beach Club, Capt. Andersons, Treasure Ship, Boatyard, Montego Bay, just to name a few. Privacy with all the action and fun all around you.
Our second floor location is the most requested, as we are conveniently near the elevators, and yet high enough to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean. This is such a comfort for families with small children and especially seniors, who appreciate being a short distance to everything.
Check in times are at 3:00 p.m. or later and check outs are at 10:00 a.m. There will be an extra days charge if check in is any earlier or check out later than the stated times.
Only registered guests stated at the booking time are allowed in the condo, and can result in either an eviction or loss of security deposit.
We are a non smoking condo and also a no pet condo.

- Linens Provided : Being owners allows us to supply a high quality, thick, plush towels, unlike the management companies and rental offices. Our linens are 3-400 thread count, pillows are Hollanders, 400 thread count, for the best in sleeping comfort. All of our linens/pillows/covers//mattress pads/blankets are replaced annually.
- Elevator : 4 high speed elevators, or walk one level to the condo.
- Washer : Our laundry room features a full size washer.

- Queen Bed : Top of the line queen size mattress with Macy's exclusive coastal designed comforter. Linens are 3-400 thread count for extreme comfort.
- Bunk Bed : Children love the 'bunkies' as they're tucked away in an alcove area off of the dining room. Parents love these also.

- No Pets Allowed : If there is any indication that an animal was brought into the condo, there will be a $500 charge to professionally remove the allergens.

- Smoking Not Allowed : If there is any indication of smoking, there will be an automatic $500 charge, which will cover the cost of an anti-fogging machine to eliminate the odors.

Hello Luci, We had a wonderful time at your condo! We loved the condo, it is so roomy and we loved the layout being so open. The sound of the waves being so close was very relaxing. Everything was so nice. The location of it being on the second floor and right at the elevator was great. The complex was so nice and clean and the pool area was so pretty. We just loved everything. And the weather was just wonderful!! Tuesday broke the record for that day for the temperature. The record was 78 and it was 79 that day. Everyone at the complex would come out in the morning and stay all day long at the pool. They said we hit the weather just right. Thanks so much for having such a great condo and letting other people be able to enjoy it also. We hope to be able to visit there again real soon. I am keeping all your info real handy for next time. Also, it has been really nice sharing e-mails with you about all our crazy weather we have had this year and renting the condo being so easy and going so smoothly! Thanks again and God bless. Linda

This condo lived up to all expectations ~ it was just fantastic!! We could sit on the balcony and see dolphins playing in the ocean. Beach was clean and very family friendly. The water was a beautiful emerald green. We could even see Rays swimming near us. Our kids (16,15 & 9) loved it. Easy access to St Andrew's State Park, Shell Island, fishing, parasailing, and food. Especially liked Boar's Head, Pineapple Willy's, Hammerhead Fred's, Scampy's. Really liked snorkeling at Shell Island. We found lots of big nice shells and lots of small sand dollars. We could see jellyfish swimming, Brown Rays, dolphins and several kinds of fish. I recommend going early in the morning to Shell Island. It got more crowded later in the afternoon. Pack a cooler to take along ~ no concessions on the island. Traveling around the area was easy and we had no trouble finding where we wanted to go. A grocery store was very close and held almost everything you would need. Went to the City Pier area one day. We walked out on the pier and saw lots of fishermen. One even caught some flounder while we watched. We walked through the many shops there. All were very nice and salespeople helpful. The only non-seafood meal we had was pizza at the Red Brick. It was very good as well. We also enjoyed parasailing, Gulf World, and deep sea fishing with one of the charter boats. We caught lots of mackerel and amber jacks. There was a nice selection of Dvds and books, however we didn't have time for either. It was much to beautiful on the beach!! We did spend some time in the pool as well. It was very well maintained. I would highly recommend Panama City Beach to anyone wanting to visit Florida. And this condo was truly a GREAT place to stay!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Good morning!! I just wanted to say thank you again for allowing us to rent your condo. Your condo was beautiful, and more than I could have asked for. We are headed out in the morning - had such a wonderful stay! YOur place is so beautiful - we spent the past week doing almost nothing but laying by the pool. We really are hoping to plan another trip to stay here soon. The weather was perfect this week and with so much to do in Panama City we really only took one afternoon to go to Pier Park, and part of a day to go to Seaside for some shopping. I must compliment you on an amazingly comfortable (king) bed! Thanks for making everything so nice. Linda

Thanks so much for the easy info for your place last week. We had a ball- our friends stayed in 204 & another family on the 21st floor! Your end of the beach is so much more peaceful than the 'strip'. We saw dolphins playing about 20 yards from shore the first morning we sat & had coffee on the porch- about 8am or so. We had great meals at Schooners [our favorite lunch place], Scampi's, Schuckums, Billy's, Dusty's, and Uncle Ernie's. We loved everything about your condo & will recommend it to our friends if they ever travel to PCB! Thanks again- your place was beautiful :) Best Regards, Donna

Thanks, we really enjoyed our stay there. Your unit is so nice...we loved it. We were so excited to watch some of your movies but we never had enough time to watch anything. We were really impressed with the security at Treasure Island and we loved the convenience of being on the second floor. Also, we were impressed with how quite it was even though it is over the pool. We've stayed other places over the pool and it was really loud. We hope to stay there again next year once we decide when we can go. Thanks again for sharing your place with us. Hello; We all really had a great time! Your condo was beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the deck at night and watching the beautiful sunsets to the west. We were also amazed at the clear emerald green water in the Gulf, as this was our first trip to florida ever, Anyway we really could'nt think of anything that you could improve on and we will plan on staying with you all again in the future...
