This is my home away from home and I have treated as such. I include things for a homey feel. There is a library of paperbacks that the only rule is, take one, leave one. It has been fun to watch it change!
There is a walk-in closet in the bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen have been remodeled in the last year with all new appliances.
Ocean sound is 24/7. I believe in being Eco-Friendly and for this reason I do not have an A/C unit, ceiling fans and open windows (and lots of them) work well. All lighting is fluorescent (unless changed be renters) and appliances were picked for Energy Star rating.

Why the Owner Chose Alii Villas
I like The Hawaiian Islands very much but I adore Hawaii itself. It has the old Hawaii with a newer Hawaii. Let me explain that. I love the old Hawaii but I like the convenience of the new Hawaii when I want it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love my place and have been known to spend allot of time in it. The light breeze it gets in the afternoon is wonderful. The sunsets from Alli Villas and from my lanai particularly are beautiful.
I enjoy the remodel of the kitchen and bathroom that I did very much.
It is my home and I wish I was there full time.
