This Noble renaissance palazzo is located in the historical center of Trevi, without doubt one of the most beautiful and ancient hilltops in Umbria. This historical Palazzo belonged to Carlotta Bonaparte, direct niece of Napoleon. She lived in the palazzo during the whole Napoleonic era. This Palazzo looks really like one out of a fable-it was also home of important people such as Prince Gabrielli and the Mosketeer to the Pope Leone XIII Settimio Centamore, he was the second husband of Carlotta Bonaparte, and the Palazzo was name after him and not by coincidence this is a Palazzo full of Passion Centamore-which means in Italian "Hundred loves".

Here are just a few reasons for anyone to fall in love with this magnificent place. This is a great place to have a small wedding or any kind of festivity, as this place not only has the infrastructure for it, but also can house in comfy luxury up to 14 people. We can help accommodate other guests within the hotels in the town.

While staying at Centamori you would like to take day trips to the near town of Montefalco and visit the many wine aziendas. Friends of the owners you can purchase important wine at a very good price, or visit the Olive orchards surrounding Trevi, as well as the Olive mill and see how this green nectar is being squeezed "a freddo". Let's not forget Perugia, where you can also buy wonderful souvenirs of of the famous Deruta terracotta.

At street level a large stone framed doorway leads into a splendid courtyard with a Roman fountain with the sound of gently running water in a stone basin creating an atmosphere of peace. The courtyard has potted mature palms. This courtyard also leads into an independent guest apartment with an entrance lobby, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a sofa bed. The guest room has been decorated and restored with impeccable taste.

In this ground floor we also have 2 large rooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom en suite. The larger room can be used for small conventions or workshops of any sort. The library with independent entrance from the courtyard and fireplace has en suite bathroom and a sofa bed.

On the second floor, at the top of the main stairs on the left we have a grand laundry room, with an American washer/dryer. Then on the right, you will see a living room with a comfy designer sofa. Also in this noble flat there is a 100 sqm grand Chef kitchen with a big elegant fireplace, with a crowning beautiful restored antique frescoe and painting decorations from the 14th century. The dining room table sits 12 people and is wonderful for dinner parties.

On the same floor we have a master bedroom with a knock out bathroom and a splendid loggia with six arched windows that oversee the courtyard. Another bedroom with frescoes and complete elegant bathroom en suite. Also on this level is a media room with top of the line technology. On this floor the guest can enjoy great views from the balcony, it is a perfect bijoux! Another important master bedroom on the higher floor, complete with en suite bathroom and the most wonderful balcony of all Trevi.

You can say that this is a world class place since the owners are both internationally recognized in the art/design sector of the film industry and you can see this reflected in this magnificent home. Just two minutes walking from the main Piazza of Trevi, there is a good variety of bars and restaurants. Although Trevi is a small town, it is also very Cosmopolitan and many say that it is the crib of the new artistic wave in Umbria.
