Our DreamView vacation rental offers a spectacular view of Shasta Lake from every room. Newly remodeled with a lakeview work out room and a split level deck complete with hot tub, pool table, bar-b-q and a custom audio system for outside pleasure.
A bedroom and full bathroom on each floor provides privacy, each bedroom has it's own full lakeview. The house has both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, the kitchen has new stainless steel appliances.
Located on a gated property, and surrounded by National Forest, both Vacation Rentals have an amazing view of Shasta Lake, and are tastefully, and professionally designed, and decorated. We had an amazing time here at Dreamview! The home is perfect & had all that we needed & more. We cooked meals here every night & loved eating on the deck under the stars! Cocktails/wine every night after long days fishing. Dreamview is perfect for us to access are of our favorite flyfishing spots. Alot of inspiring thoughts come to us sitting on the balconies, sitting in the hot tub, going for walks....etc.Its beautiful here.The dogs, had so much fun starring off into unknown, hiking and swimming in shasta lake, Ca Thank you so much for letting us bring them. We stayed at Dreamview for 8 days and loved the peacefulness and fabulous views! The house is equipped with top of line everything! We enjoyed drinks in the evening overlooking the lake and dinners on the deck! Dreamview is a perfect location for accessing many fly fishing areas..Upper Sacramento River, McCloud River, Lower Sacramento, Trinity River, Pit River, Hat Creek, etc. It was perfect coming home to a quiet and peaceful home to relax after a day of hiking/wading/fly fishing! Ken, You made our trip with our wakeboard lesson and we are now bragging to our kids! It may be the squirrels, the doe with their fawn, the blue heron, the dove, or the baby bear that makes this place special. It might be the millions of stars, the majestic view or the fact that we feel like we're the only ones around for miles. It may be eating dinner on the deck, having a glass of wine in the hot tub or playing strip pool. It may even be the extra large shower or the comfy bed. We have not stayed here yet. We were on a houseboat on Shasta and toured this property. It was amazing and the owner was great and friendly. We are hoping to come back and stay here someday.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Year Purchased: 1999
About the owner: I've been on Shasta Lake for 25 years. I was Wakeboard World Champion in 1999, and ran a wakeboard school here for 9 years. I am now a Builder/Developer here in Shasta County, and I am living my dream!
Why the Owner Chose Redding:
I visited Shasta Lake 25 years ago and fell in love with it. I moved from Southern California to be near the lake, and made it my home. There isn't a more beautiful location on this lake.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The number one feature for me is the privacy. We are surrounded by 30,000 acres of pristine national forest. The views here are the most spectacular on the lake, and there is not another house in site. It is quiet and unspoiled, and it seems to have a calming effect on everyone who stays here. The only thing between me and the lake is mother nature. And that's how I like it.
