The condo is furnished in authentic Mexican style furniture but with all the conveniences you will need to enjoy your stay in the comfort of home, such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, blender,microwave,toaster oven,coffee maker,toaster, satellite TV,DVD player,king size bed and luxurious mattress and queen size hide-a-bed.WiFi and phone available. There are so many fun things to do around Nuevo Vallarta. We are still here until Feb 23! Enjoying our stay. We were a little disappointed tonight when Patti ( next door) popped over to tell us we had to be out by 11 am. On Sat . Never stayed in a hotel, resort, or condo that has had a checkout earlier than noon. Our flight does not leave until Sat evening. This is the 1st time in close to 2 weeks that we have seen or heard from anybody. Paula picked us up from airport on Feb 9th. She advised she would drop off her business card the next day in case we needed anything, and haven't heard or seen anything since. No card delivered either. Condo is great. Wish balcony was a bit larger but all else is good.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Perfect accommodation for us, Patti and Paula were great, unfortunately we only used Paula's services once. Some of my photo's were the same as those advertising the condo. We have already recommended this unit to friends and sent them the web site. The owner was easy and a pleasure to deal with, thanks Dick, hope to rent the unit again, sooner rather than later.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

A nicely decorated condo in Mexican syle (the bench seats could be softer)with a great view of the ocean.Kitchen is well equipped and breakfast or even dinner on the balcony was always super. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable and we should not forget the ever vibrant Patti next door always offering help and advice as needed. Would recommend this condo to anyone. Bill&LoriRecommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

About the owner: We are both retired real estate agents, live in Lynnwood, Wa. for now, have 6 kids,11 grandkids and 3 great grandkids, 7 cats and are waiting for the time to come to retire totally to Mexico. We really enjoy the climate , the scenery and the people in Mexico.

With 12 miles of beach right at our doorstep we love to walk early in the morning and watch things come to life in the surf and on the beach. We also like to eat at the local cafe's and restaurants. Doing the turtle releases at 6:30 PM is another way to stay in touch with nature. We love it there!!
