Why the Owner Chose Old Florida Cottages
Our family vacationed for many years in Destin, Sandestin and Miramar Beach. We kept heading east each year until we stumbled upon 30-A. We fell in love with the area and knew right away that we would have our 2nd home on 30-A (if the opportunity ever presented itself). In 2007, we were fortunate enough to make our dream come true. We have traveled the world and there are very few beaches that are as nice as the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. Add in the beach town feel of 30-A and you have a setting unlike anything in the USA or abroad.
