Your personal Sanctuary................... elegant, professionally decorated, private, quiet and conveniently located on the 4th floor of "B" building in the Dolphin Way community. This 1BR unit is 10% larger than the typical 1BR unit. (Size is important!) It is located directly on the beach and only steps (135 feet) from the sugar-white sand. Dolphin Way is a gated 14+ Acre community with 400+ feet of beach frontage and ONLY 75 owners, located on the north end of the very private peninsula known as Little Hickory Island. You will feel as though you have your own Personal beach. As you can see in the pictures, the community is meticulously maintained with plenty of green space. The first level is for your covered and Reserved parking. This unit, although located on the 4th floor, it is 5 levels up, so that you can see an illuminated Naples or Sanibel at night. Truly impressive visuals from this unit. It is located directly below the one and only Penthouse.

New hurricane sliders open up the view and breeze to allow 67% of the glass area to be open at once, vs 33% with the old 1 movable panel. See and feel what a difference it makes on those beautiful South FL winter days. If you get a chance, go ahead, take a snooze on the lanai. There simply is nothing like it.. Possibly the MOST comfortable lanai in the community.

- Beachfront : The Gulf is less than 135 ft from this unit. I DARE you to compare with other units. Only the pool and the pool house separate you from the beach!!! The views of the SUNSETS from the lanai are just downright AWESOME!!! You may have the BEST view in the entire community.

Why the Owner Chose Dolphin Way
We just fell in love with the community. Everyone we met was nice. We participated in the ritual of watching the evening sunsets with friends and fizzies. We can get to our condo with a direct flight in about 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Pick up the rental car and be on the beach in another 30 minutes. The flights are readily available and very reasonable, so we can go on the spur of the moment. The views from the lanai are spectacular!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There is an excellent selection of restaurants in the area. The weather, compared to our northern exposure in central Indiana is usually very favorable. Being here at the condo is an opportunity to get away from the busy hustle and bustle of running a business, telephones ringing, deadlines approaching and trying to meet budgets. Depending on the season, we can just sit on the lanai view the Gulf, the beach, and listen to the windchimes while enjoying the morning coffee and juice.

Young couple from the Hoosier Heartland looking for a quick getaway with a change in latitude and a change in attitude. We swapped a week at our RCI time-share for a week at a friend's condo in the Dolphin Way community. After we enjoyed a very relaxing vacation in this small, private beachfront setting, we decided to consider a possible purchase of our 2nd home.

Thank you for providing us with wonderful vacation accomodations during our May 2011 stay. We were very pleased that your description of your condo was what we actually found upon arrival. The many extras you offer your guests came in handy; especially the printer and free long distance phone service . We spent much of our time on the lani enjoying the water views and listening to the waves. The few steps to the pool and beach were the best we could have hoped for. We plan to return to your little heaven on earth when time permits. Bonita Springs is very accessible and offers lots of options for vacationers. Thanks again for offering such a fine unit.

What can I say but WOW! I had heard from prior visitors how lovely it was going to be and they were right. The condo itself was all you could ask for and more. It was so, so beautiful. It was so wonderful to sit on the lanai and just watch the world go by. The location was perfect. The beach was idyllic, we saw dolphins and got so close to them. The pelicans were intriguing to watch and we collected so many beautiful shells. The sunsets were AMAZING. The ocean was so warm it was like getting into the bath. The weather was beautiful every day and we never saw a drop of rain!! We were so happy every day to sit on the beach, swim in the pool, and stay in the condo, we didn't feel the need to go far at all. I have never stayed anywhere like this before. It was a dream come true. We both did not want to leave at all and felt very sad when it was our last day. We so wish we could have stayed for another week. In fact, we loved it so much we did not want to come home!! Thank you so much once again, my memories will last forever, and I hope I will be able to come back to the condo again. We enjoyed a great two (2) week stay in this unit over the 09/10 Holiday period. The description provided on the VRBO page is 100% accurate. This condo has great views; it is well equiped, clean and very comfortable. The complex is convenient to everything you need and very quiet. During our stay we especially enjoyed the location and we had absolutely no problems what so ever. We would strongly recommend this condo to anyone desiring a beach front location that has all of the amenities that you need for an excellent get away. Pam & Bob

We just relaxed - sat on the lanai, walked the beach, paddled in the pool, enjoyed the sun and warmth. Ohio is just not this nice in April! The weather was great - 80-85 everyday, with cool mornings & evenings. The sunsets are extraordinary!! The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything you could possibly want is here. We would love to stay longer, and we would definitely come back.

This is just what we wanted. We love this area for its beach accessability, quietness, and location for shopping, movies, restaurants, etc. We walked 2 miles everyday along the beach, spent time at the pool & drove to Sanibel for the theatre one evening.
