A million dollar view of the waves and the sunset from the lanai. The condo came with a wide screen TV and every amenity you could think of including a printer for airline boarding passes. The condo was very clean and well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen utensils. We also appreciated the picnic coolers. The bird watching on the beach was first rate-egrets, ibis, and pelicans. We also saw dolphins offshore. The pool temperature was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking barefoot in the surf

Thank you for providing us with wonderful vacation accomodations during our May 2011 stay. We were very pleased that your description of your condo was what we actually found upon arrival. The many extras you offer your guests came in handy; especially the printer and free long distance phone service . We spent much of our time on the lani enjoying the water views and listening to the waves. The few steps to the pool and beach were the best we could have hoped for. We plan to return to your little heaven on earth when time permits. Bonita Springs is very accessible and offers lots of options for vacationers. Thanks again for offering such a fine unit.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Words don't quite express the pleasure we got from our stay at your condo. This was a celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary and I couldn't have made a better selection to please my wife! We enjoyed a great two (2) week stay in this unit over the 09/10 Holiday period. The description provided on the VRBO page is 100% accurate. This condo has great views; it is well equiped, clean and very comfortable. The complex is convenient to everything you need and very quiet. During our stay we especially enjoyed the location and we had absolutely no problems what so ever. We would strongly recommend this condo to anyone desiring a beach front location that has all of the amenities that you need for an excellent get away. Pam & Bob

What can I say but WOW! I had heard from prior visitors how lovely it was going to be and they were right. The condo itself was all you could ask for and more. It was so, so beautiful. It was so wonderful to sit on the lanai and just watch the world go by. The location was perfect. The beach was idyllic, we saw dolphins and got so close to them. The pelicans were intriguing to watch and we collected so many beautiful shells. The sunsets were AMAZING. The ocean was so warm it was like getting into the bath. The weather was beautiful every day and we never saw a drop of rain!! We were so happy every day to sit on the beach, swim in the pool, and stay in the condo, we didn't feel the need to go far at all. I have never stayed anywhere like this before. It was a dream come true. We both did not want to leave at all and felt very sad when it was our last day. We so wish we could have stayed for another week. In fact, we loved it so much we did not want to come home!! Thank you so much once again, my memories will last forever, and I hope I will be able to come back to the condo again. I loved it SO much!! Louise

We just relaxed - sat on the lanai, walked the beach, paddled in the pool, enjoyed the sun and warmth. Ohio is just not this nice in April! The weather was great - 80-85 everyday, with cool mornings & evenings. The sunsets are extraordinary!! The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything you could possibly want is here. We would love to stay longer, and we would definitely come back.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

This is just what we wanted. We love this area for its beach accessability, quietness, and location for shopping, movies, restaurants, etc. We walked 2 miles everyday along the beach, spent time at the pool & drove to Sanibel for the theatre one evening. If we are able to come again, we will definitely contact you. So thanks for all your info & your quick responses. David & Eunice

We had 2 wonderful months in your condo. Except for 2 weeks of cold weather in February - the weather has been perfect. Walking the beach to go see the "turtles" & sunning by the beach or pool. The people are all so friendly - everyone talks to you! Sitting on the lanai with the glass slider open 3/4's, watching the beautiful view is special. It was nice to meet you and have lunch at Skippers too. See you next year. Jack & Rosemary

The 1st 2 condos I rented in Building C were just OK. I had condos near the road. Obviously the view is no where near as nice as yours. Both units were outfitted with beat up silverware (stainless) and the beds were kind of tired. In fact the units would be comparable to an average Days Inn room that was in need of some renovation. Obviously your unit is newly renovated and has some nice stuff. The TV in your unit is really good, while the other units have about a 32 inch screen on a stand if I remember correctly. You have a lot more channels than they offered. The phone having free long distance is a plus. You obviously enjoy a nice place to come to before the winter rental season begins and after it ends. You have good taste. I imagine your wife had a lot of input. Hopefully your tenants treat the place with respect. Cleaning lady did a good job. The bed is great for sleeping My wife, Judy, and I certainly enjoyed the condo. JH
