Bathroom has been fully upgraded with large walk-in shower with double showerheads. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds and new carpeting. Living room has state of the art entertainment system with 36" flat screen TV with satellite TV, including HBO. The TV, connected to a surround sound system also doubles as a computer screen. 8 mins from the boardwalk, 5 mins from Abbot Kinney, tucked in the quiet back streets of Venice - after 2 months in venice i can't think of a better place to stay. the house is modern and pretty spacious. the little sun terrace is a very nice place to sit and have a read or have a nice glass of wine when you want a break from the boardwalk. would definitely book it again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My Friend Jen and i stayed at this stunning villa for 3 weeks in April 2009. The house is perfect for those looking for a holiday base close to all local amenities (Restaurants, bars, beach and super markets) and only a short drive to Palm Springs etc. We had a slight problem at the start of our holiday as there was building work going on in the apartment adjacent to the house however Sebastian did his best to rectify the problem ASAP. Jen and i had the best holiday ever, Sebastian and co. couldnt have made us feel more at home and we were almost crying when leaving our beach get-a-way. Five stars *****
