Minutes from the beach and one block from the shops, restaurants and galleries of world-famous Abbot Kinney Blvd., this lovely house puts you right in the center of the action of Venice and all of its attractions.\This quaint corner-lot, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation triplex feels like a single-family home. It has been completely remodeled with modern furniture, a wooden floor in the living room that leads into an open kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher).\Two lovely bedrooms feature a King and a Queen size bed, respectively. The bathroom has been fully upgraded with large walk-in shower with double showerheads. Living room has state-of-the-art entertainment system with 36" flat screen TV with satellite TV, including HBO connected to a surround sound system.\A comfortable, L-shaped sofa is nestled around a beautiful, contemporary gas fireplace, making the living room a fun and intimate place to be.\This vacation home is completely furnished with stylish modern furniture, high-thread-count linens and towels, and is available for short-, mid- and long-term rentals.\You have your own private yard in the front with seating area as well as a gas barbeque. The vacation rental home comes with an off-street parking space and a private washer and dryer.\As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

We spent one month into this redone corner house and it was really great ! The house is confortable, clean, quiet and the geografic situation is perfect ! Only 10 minutes walking to Venice beach, 5 minutes to Main street or Abbot kinney. The house was exactly what we saw on photos in Globe Homes and Condos, the description was correct and they really taked care of us during our holidays ! We hope come soon !Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.

8 mins from the boardwalk, 5 mins from Abbot Kinney, tucked in the quiet back streets of Venice - after 2 months in venice i can't think of a better place to stay. the house is modern and pretty spacious. the little sun terrace is a very nice place to sit and have a read or have a nice glass of wine when you want a break from the boardwalk. would definitely book it again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My Friend Jen and i stayed at this stunning villa for 3 weeks in April 2009. The house is perfect for those looking for a holiday base close to all local amenities (Restaurants, bars, beach and super markets) and only a short drive to Palm Springs etc. We had a slight problem at the start of our holiday as there was building work going on in the apartment adjacent to the house however Sebastian did his best to rectify the problem ASAP. Jen and i had the best holiday ever, Sebastian and co. couldnt have made us feel more at home and we were almost crying when leaving our beach get-a-way. Five stars *****Owner response: Julie and Jen were great guests! I really appreciate all their great feedback and also wanted to let everyone know that the unit next door is done and came out beautifully and can be rented combined with this unit if needed!
