This quaint corner 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex, which feels like a single family house, has been completely remodeled. New wooden floors in the living room that run into the open kitchen. Kitchen has new cabinets with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Bathroom has been fully upgraded with large walk-in shower with double showerheads. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds and new carpeting. Living room has state of the art entertainment system with 36" flat screen TV with satellite TV, including HBO. The TV, connected to a surround sound system also doubles as a computer screen. Check your e-mails or surf the web with the available desktop and wireless keyboard and mouse. An L-shape comfortable sofa is nestled around a beautiful and contemporary gas working fireplace, making the living room a fun and intimate place to be.

The house is offered completely furnished with contemporary furniture, high thread count linens and towels, and is available for short, mid and long-term rentals.

You have your own private yard in the front with seating area as well as gas barbeque. The unit comes with an off-street parking space and a private washer and dryer in the garage. DirecTV, wireless internet and phone services are also available.

    • My Friend Jen and i stayed at this stunning villa for 3 weeks in April 2009. The house is perfect for those looking for a holiday base close to all local amenities (Restaurants, bars, beach and super markets) and only a short drive to Palm Springs etc. We had a slight problem at the start of our holiday as there was building work going on in the apartment adjacent to the house however Sebastian did his best to rectify the problem ASAP. Jen and i had the best holiday ever, Sebastian and co. couldnt have made us feel more at home and we were almost crying when leaving our beach get-a-way. Five stars *****

    • The house is a delight, close to the eclectic area of Venice Beach with its opportunities to browse in beach front shops, exercise, to cycle, skate or just people watch or laze in the sun. The well decorated accommodation is spacious, plenty of cupboards/drawer space, ample storage in the fridge, a good size cooker and sufficient pots, pans, cutlery etc for home wining and dining if desired. The use of the dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer was extremely welcome after a week spent touring by car. The house is typical of the area and is a brilliant place to stay for those wanting to explore L.A. and the surrounding areas. It was a very welcome place to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing, the facilities and amenities provided proved excellent. A big bonus was the easy parking in the space provided.

    • Just back from a fabulous holiday in California, which included a stay in Brooks Ave. Absolutely great! Inteseting neighbourhood! Would recommend it highly. We are a family of 5 with kids aged 18, 16 and 11. Wanted to take kitchen home!Well done to Sebastian and especially David.     • we loved the house! and the location, close to trendy abbot kinney and to the beach, is just great. the place is very well designed and fully equipped with everything you need - it feels like home. we very much enjoyed ending our busy day at the cozy fireplace and would love to come back. sebastian and his crew is just fabulous - so we ended up staying at almost all of their places.

    • My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for 9 months and we had a wonderful experience. The property is both chic and comfortable, great for entertaining or just hanging out on the couch. Conveniently located you can walk or bike anywhere in Venice, the beach, restraurants, stores and Yoga are all minutes away. Sebastian was a great host, I would highly recommend staying here for a short or extended stay.
