It's a five minute stroll from DragonsFyre to the stunning Carmel Beach and downtown – both just three short blocks away. Cycle paths abound as do hidden beach pathways, foot bridges and cobblestone terraces for afternoon walks. Listen to the roar of the ocean in the near distance.

DragonsFyre is available monthly plus utilities, weekly cleanings and security deposits. DragonsFyre, an executive vacation rental, has a dog-friendly, fenced Zen fire garden with dragons. An outside shower helps with sandy kids/dogs.

DragonsFyre sleeps six Guests in four beds - 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms on three floors.

Relax in the outdoor luxury spa with fountain and lights under a Zen pagoda. Enjoy drinks around the sunken gas fire pit with seating for ten. A waterfall gurgles above koi ponds that glow at night with underwater lighting. Small buddha gardens spread out amongst seven reading benches of stone and teak. A carved wooden-bridge arcs over the butterfly pit as granite fountain gurgles nearby. The home, suitable for kids and teens, comes equipped with surf gear and bikes. The garage, driveway and street provides parking for three vehicles.

Architect Allan Turpin's classic eyebrow-windows frame DragonsFyre, cresting the quiet oak knoll of Lopez Avenue. With no through traffic, it's well suited for Guests seeking privacy or with children. A paparazzi rear-gate exits to The Jane Powers Walkway leading to Palou Street.

Under moonlight, DragonsFyre glows softly amongst the bamboo hedges, Out front, sea logs abut the street. A stone bowl full of koi, rests in the front garden alongside a historic gate and fence.

Stone steps lead past wrought iron railings which frame a flagstone entry way. A fountain gurgles beside stone and teak benches. An arched door opens onto the home's foyer and powder bathroom.

DragonsFyre boasts a compact chef's kitchen with Viking range, Sub Zero refrigerator and appliances. There's a BBQ in the rear garden for enthusiasts. The sunny breakfast nook has table seating for six.

The kitchen counter with stool has laptop power, fax, telephone and wireless broadband. Cell coverage is good. Optional security alarm activation for DragonsFyre is possible.

In the Great Room, there's a warming gas/wood burning fireplace. Raised ceilings with original artwork frame the house dragon perched on the rafters above. A love seat with an Alpaca throw snuggles opposite the fireplace and plasma TV. An HD BluRay DVD with programmed touch-remotes make life easy. There's a chaise-longue for loungers and a big easy chair for chief executives.

The dining area seats six on a glass circular table. There's oak floors and rugs throughout the ground floor. On the way upstairs, Cuban canvases hang on the wooden stairwell. There's warm carpeting upstairs for the two Guest bedrooms and bathroom.

The master bedroom on the ground floor has a Tempur-Pedic deluxe queen mattress, a HDTV, four oversized windows, an ensuite Jacuzzi, a travertine glass shower, dual granite sinks and mirrors, a toilet room and a walk-in closet.

Upstairs, there's a bathroom with a glass and travertine shower and two Guest bedrooms. The queen Dragon Room has two bedside tables, a small walk-in closet with clothes shelves, hangers and ironing facilities. Four windows open to the dragons and waterfall in the garden outside. The Savannah Room, with ocean glimpses, boasts two double beds, bedside table and shared light. African art adorns the walls and ceilings. A small walk-in closet has ironing facilities, clothes shelves and hangers.

The downstairs laundry room opens to the single car garage. There's four mountain bikes, helmets and locks. A short surf board, a long surf board for beginners, two skim boards, two boogie boards, kites, frisbees, kid's sand toys, wine & beach hampers, foldable beach chairs, beach towels and a beach stroller are available. Please bring your own shortie wetsuits. A foldable wheelchair is available for car outings or for access via Kyota Bridge to the home's spa. For Guests with infants, the koi pond's wrought iron railings still require garden supervision of all children.

17 Mile Drive's entrance to Pebble Beach is minutes away — by car or footpath. Four minutes via the surfer's path gets you beachside fast. It's just ten minutes walk to Pebble Beach's closest fairway via beach access.
