Professionally decorated, the unit is completely upgraded not like the typical unit. It has maple cabinetry throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, ceramic tile floors, plush carpet, crown molding and nine foot ceilings, wet bar and wine cooler. There is an oversized glass shower with jetted tub in the master bathroom.

The balcony, largest in the Mar Vista Grande, offers outside dining for six and relaxing on two full size lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and North Myrtle Beach. All patio furniture has cushions for guest comfort. Unit is cleaned then sanitized for the next guest to promote health safety.

  • I have stayed at many condos at Myrtle Beach, and this is one of the best. Compare to Marriott, except larger. Appliances very nice and the ice maker in the bar area was great. Large deck with enough chair space to accomodate all of our group. Beds were all comfortable, and as others have commented, everything was CLEAN. Hotel seemed very secure and pools were good. Would definitely stay here again!

We expected more crowds (on the elevators, at pool, etc.), but were pleasantly pleased! It was quiet, and had a beautiful view! Mr. Lavalley and his wife were excellent to work with. They were easily accessible and answered every question that we had promptly! Would definitely rent from them again!

  • The minute we walked in the condo we loved it. It is so spacious and beautiful.It is by far the cleanest place we have rented. Even under the beds and the couch were clean.   • Our family visits Myrtle Beach every year. We have stayed at many different condo's. We have to stay the Mar Vista is now at the top of our list. Everything is top notch, beautiful decor, wonderful pool facility, great hot tubs. I loved the balcony, it was large, comfortable and had a great view. Everything was perfect for our family. We will stay at the Mar Vista again. Thanks to the owners, they were great to work with.

  • Lanny, Thank you for the use of your condo in June 2009. The rental arrangements were simple and the check in was great! We have stayed in North Myrtle many years and we were not certain we wanted to stay in such a large complex. Everything about Mar Vista was wonderful.It was beautifully maintained,the elevators very fast,no waiting time and the condo was soooo quiet;like we were the only family there. The condo was wow! every comfort, superbly decorated, fantastic kitchen and joint family areas.

We are definitely planning on a return trip and will rent from Lanny again....great person to work with,too! We appreciated all the help he gave us; our emails and phone calls were all dealt with promptly; our security check was returned as promised, etc. We were very happy with the facilities - fitness room, business center, pools, etc. The place is beautiful and well maintained.   • This condo was a First Class location, First Class view, First Class accomdations and First Class condo in a First Class facility. I searched a long time to find one of the best condo's and when we entered the condo, our guests all went "wow", great place. One of the best!
