"Serenity Now!" is a luxury rustic pine wood cabin for rent in Cherry Log, nestled in the north Georgia Mountains. Enjoy this serene, luxurious secluded cabin halfway between Ellijay and Blue Ridge with all the comforts of home.
Fully furnished, mountain décor, including a gas fireplace, grill and smoker. All the comforts of home. Perfect family vacation with a flag stone fire pit and a series of meandering hiking trails right on the property. Sleeps 6 comfortably with room for 3 more, creatively.
Come stay with us for $100 per night during the week (Sunday - Thursday) and $120 per night on the weekends (Friday - Saturday). If you would like to bring your pets as guests we welcome them for an additional $10 per day pet surcharge.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Nightly: $100/night on weekdays, $120 per night weekends
PayPal, or money order payments accepted.
An advanced deposit if $100 is required to secure the reservation. The advanced
deposit will be applied toward the rental. The balance of rent is due fourteen
days prior to the arrival date.
If renting for less than 2 nights add $40 cleaning fee.
If bringing pets, add a $10 per day pet surcharge.

Why the Owner Chose Cherrylog
"Serenity Now!" (think Seinfeld...) is a place to escape, relax and re-charge... I bought this secluded cabin to get away from the harried pace of Atlanta. Growing up, I vacationed with my family in the Great Smokey Mountains and loved the small, quaint town in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Cherry Log was the closest, yet furthest locale for me to try and duplicate the feeling of Gatlinburg, and be able to stay within 1 1/2 of my home!

"Serenity Now!" is conveniently located just 8 miles north of the town of Ellijay and 8 miles south of the Lake at Blue Ridge but off the "beaten path." So you can enjoy fabulous antique shopping, a variety of restaurants, an abundance of outdoor activities (and comming soon, the Outlet Mall of Ellijay) but still have an opportunity to stay in a quiet, comfortable and secluded cabin where you can read, rest and recharge!

I moved to Atlanta in 1990 from Ohio to get away from the cold weather. I travel extensively both for business and pleasure, have a son who is extremely active, and have a houseful of pets. I am a full time working mother, taking care of my father who just retired and moved to Atlanta as well. We enjoy getting away to the cabin whenever we can, and welcome you as guests as soon as you can get here!

Thank you for sharing all this beauty with Adam and I. Came up without the kids for a night & day of R&R. Played Monopoly and was murdered by Adam - only $6 to my name. Woke-up ate breakfast and decised to go four wheeling. Called Craig to see where the nearest gas station was - made a wrong turn and ended up driving 12 miles round trip on a four wheeler! NOT AGAIN! Went fishing - Adam caught 4, Amanda 0. Came back, cleaned up and went four wheeling SAFELY on a path. We had a blast. Thank you again :o) Next time we will bring the kids. "Serenity Now!" Even the rainy day couldn't dampen our spirits. What a cozy and peaceful place - we hate to leave. Sunday December 21st came and brought sunshine and 30 degree temperatures. Well, what can I say, but I'm ready to return. This is our first time in the GA mountains and staying in a wonderful cabin, tucked in the mountains. Joe and myself and our Raymond enjoyed every minute. We had a couple of days of rain then some snow!! :o) We were able to hike some and enjoy our time together in this cozy cabin which felt "homey." Elizabeth Ingram, Artist Jane Groszmann, Creative writer Surging sisters with adventurous spirits... ...Apple festival weekend in Ellijay, Harvest festival in Blue Ridge - fair amount of artists, bought bowls from the wood turners and homemade jelly. This may have been the first year for this effort at a festival, beautiful unique photography by Doc from Mineral Springs - Doxshots ...To Track Rock to see rock scratchings, little hard to find but got word from man at cabin village down the road, and it was a pretty valley drive with more leaf turning... Saw bear crossing road... What? We have to leave? Had a week of beautiful weather, blue sky and some leaf color. Serenity Now is a perfect name and a wonderful escape from the frantic pace of Atlanta. Great Fall Break, lovely setting and fantastic cabin, fun and relaxing.
