$125 to $150 for a night, $350 to $700 for the week, $1800 for the month
Rates may vary during special events, parades, and festivals in the Ybor City
and/or Tampa area.  during special events, there is a three night minimum.
**Cancellation policy**  Ten day notice is to be given for cancellations to obtain
a full refund.  During special events, payment is due upon booking for at least
the three day minimum.  Refunds for cancellations will only be given if the home
is rebooked.  Special events include but are not limited to:  Gasparilla Parade,
Sant Yago Knight Parade, St Patricks Day Parade.
