Spend the entire winter Ski Season November-April (consecutive), Mid Season May-Oct, or 12 Month All Season in this Premium Plus Deluxe fully furnished two bedroom, two bath, second floor Condo, located in the Wildernest section of Silverthorne, in Building 2 at Timber Ridge, with gorgeous southwest views of the Rockies and Lake Dillon.

This fully equipped luxury Condo is located just off Interstate 70 in Summit County, at an altitude of 10,000 feet, at the base of Buffalo Mountain, next to Dillon, and Frisco, within minutes of Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge.

Kitchen has been equipped with all new appliances, gas fireplace, five ceiling fans throughout the unit one in each bedroom and three in the common areas. Each bedroom has cable TV with DVD Player. Living room is furnished with TV/DVD, loveseat, rocker recliner, and queen sleeper sofa for guests. Complimentary Wireless Internet access in Clubhouse.

Propane BBQ on balcony for outdoor grilling. Private ski locker in foyer. On-site clubhouse has large pool, two Jacuzzi pools, racquetball court, sauna, lounge with cable TV, Pool Table, complimentary Wireless Internet access, and coin laundry facilities. Summit stage bus stop in front of complex provides free transportation within Summit County.

This family oriented community is within minutes to all major area ski resorts: Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge. Plenty of area seasonal and summer activities. Accredited School System. Excellent area restaurants for fine dining. Plenty of local shopping districts with over 70 Factory Outlet Stores in Silverthorne. Many upgrades and amenities have been added to this unit to make it one of the finest rentals in Wildernest. Recommended occupancy is four persons, maximum six persons with sleeper sofa. Rental includes utilities, and use of clubhouse with coin laundry facilities.

This is a perfect flexible rental for ski season office groups, families, international visitors, students, and roommates looking to share expenses.

For your convenience this unit is professionally managed, so any emergencies, issues, or concerns are only a phone call away and will be addressed immediately. Guests will also have my personal cell phone number for direct owner contact.

Note: Unit is NOT Air Conditioned, but at an altitude of 10,000 feet with the cool mountain breezes you don't need it.

Smoking is prohibited. Pets with owner approval only, with a minimum 6 month lease. (pet fees apply)
