The clean and comfortable atmosphere and amenities of our "Ladder House" will be nothing less than what you'd expect. The Moab area offers renown mountain biking trails and unforgettable white-water rafting experiences. After an invigorating hike or mountain bike ride, a trip to the hot tub and pool will prove to be a refreshing ending to the day. The rim views from the private patio will be a constant reminder of the beautiful area you've chosen to spend your vacation.
We have equipped our house with everything necessary to make your stay convenient and comfortable. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second room has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Each of the bedrooms also has it's own flat screen TV. The kitchen includes those "extra" items so you can create an exquisite dinner and set a beautiful table to make your vacation memorable. You will get a restful and relaxing night's sleep nestled in the high-quality linens and down pillows.
The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store those valuable "toys" you may bring along, such as your mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show.
The Ladder House is located 5-8 minutes south of downtown Moab, Utah.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place. It has everything you need to make the stay absolutely comfortable and enjoyable. As another person remarked elsewhere, the description of this place in this listing is understated. To top it all, the owner was absolutely pleasant to interact with. There is little doubt that our stay at this place will compete with our unforgettable memories hiking at the Arches, Canyon Lands and other wonderful places at Utah. We will definitely return to stay at this place if we revisit this beautiful part of our world!
Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ladder House. We would highly recomend it to anyone. Much better than any of the local hotels. Look forward to staying again on our next jeep trip to Moab.

The Ladder House was very comfortable and we were happy to come to a place that felt like home. It was close to many of the sites in Moab. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

This is an absolutely top rate home. We have rented many times before and know a great place when we see one!! Everything is brand new and high quality, designed with your comfort in mind. We had a great stay and as well as using the pool, barbeque and facilities in the condo, we particularly enjoyed the Fiery Furnace Walk in Arches, golf at the Moab course and horseback riding at Red Cliffs Lodge. Moab is a great place and as there is so much to do, we plan to return again in the future. Vanessa is a great host and made everything easy for us, particularly as we were booking from the UK.

When we booked “The Ladder House” we understood the owners just purchased it and were planning on outfitting it to match their other property “The Blue Coyote”. Needing a place for our tandem bicycle, another bike, and 3 kids, we booked it. This place was fantastic, the owners did an fantastic job and we just loved it. Everything was immaculate and worked to perfection, WI-FI, iHome (for the iPod), TV's etc... The location was great, with a short drive into Moab, with a beautiful view of the Spanish Valley and La Salle Mountain. Hot tub was great after a very cold day on the Moab Century ride Saturday. We will be back!!!
