Stunning, three-story, three bedroom plus bunk nook and two and a half bath beach home is located in the exclusive gated community of Old Florida Beach. There is only one Old Florida Beach, and there is no finer quality home than this in the entire community. Covered porch off second floor living room overlooking large nature garden and community pool, with views of the Gulf. Beautiful sunset views. Screened porch off master bedroom is perfect for afternoon naps. Ten foot ceilings, crown molding, wainscoting, custom cabinets, wood and tile floors. Gourmet kitchen with Dacor gas stove top. Four TV's. Steps away from community pool. Short walk to beach via community boardwalk through nature preserve. This is the perfect family beach house!
Ground floor has large king bedroom with TV/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan, comfortable side chair with lamp for reading. Private tiled bath has two sink vanities, one at a lower height for the kids, spa tub, and separate shower. The queen bedroom has dresser, bench, bedside table with lamp, TV, private bath with tub/shower and vanity sink. In the hallway, the built-in bunk nook has two twin beds.
Second floor has large, open combined kitchen/dining/living areas. The well-equipped kitchen has gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, wall oven, double sink, side-by-side frig with icemaker, and an island with bar stool seating for four. The large dining table has six chairs. Living area has queen sofa bed, two side chairs, TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, wireless internet, work desk, and French doors leading to the outdoor covered porch. Convenient powder room. The porch has picnic table for outdoor dining and four large Adirondack chairs with side tables and ottomans.
Spiral staircase leads to third floor sleeping loft with twin daybed and twin trundle underneath, TV, ceiling fan and panoramic lake and gulf views complement this area.
Large community pool just steps from house. Charcoal grill. Outdoor shower. Parking for 3 cars in driveway and one on parking pad.
Monthly rentals are available during winter rate season only.

We had a great time and there is so much to do in the area. The home is so comfortable and so well equipped with about anything you'd need. The beach is sugar-white and we walked it everyday. Awesome bike trails and we rode the blacktop trails along 30A and also road the bike paths thru the woods. We did some of our own cooking during our stay and we ate out quite often. Dining out had some absolutely wonderful foods especially fish, seafood, and BarBQ. Every Sat. we frequented the Farmers Market in Seaside. Such a relaxing vacation and the weather could not have been more cooperative. Everyone was extemely friendly and helpful.
