Stunning three-story, three bedroom plus bunk room and two and a half bath beach home located in the exclusive gated, Gulf front community of Old Florida Beach. There is only one Old Florida Beach, and there is no finer quality home than this in the entire community. Covered porch off second floor living room overlooking large nature garden and community pool, with incredible views of the Gulf. Beautiful sunset views. Screened porch off master bedroom is perfect for afternoon naps. Ten foot ceilings, crown molding, wainscoting, custom cabinets, wood and tile floors, upgrades throughout. Gourmet kitchen with Dacor gas range. Four TV's and three VCR's. Steps away from community pool. Short walk to beach via community boardwalk through nature preserve. This is the perfect family beach house!

Ground floor has large king bedroom with TV/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan, comfortable side chair with lamp for reading. Private tiled bath has two sink vanities, one at a lower height for the kids, spa tub, and separate shower. The queen bedroom has TV, private bath with tub/shower and vanity sink. In the hallway, the built-in bunk nook has two twin beds.

Second floor has large, open combined kitchen/dining/living areas. The well-equipped kitchen has gas range, microwave, dishwasher, oven, double sink, side-by-side fridge with icemaker, and an island with bar stool seating for four. The large dining table has six chairs. Living area has queen sofa bed, two side chairs, TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, high speed internet, work desk, and French doors leading to the outdoor covered porch. The porch has picnic table for outdoor dining and four large Adirondack chairs with side tables and ottomans. Half-bath also located on this floor.

Spiral staircase leads to third floor sleeping loft with twin daybed and twin trundle underneath. TV, ceiling fan, lake and Gulf views complement this area.
