You will be impressed the minute you come into our beautifully appointed home overlooking Acacia Lake. The single-family home has been remodeled by present owner and has beautiful tiled floors in the living areas, kitchen, utility room and bath areas. Plush carpeting has been installed in each of the two bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a queen. The master bath has a built in shower and the other bath has a tub and shower combination.
This home has had extensive upgrades done by the new owners. 12 ft. French doors allow you to view the lake from anywhere in the Florida room. The landscaping is full of beautiful flowering plants and a newly installed patio section is big enough to relax or have friends over for a barbecue. We have a new LCD television set in the Florida room, and each bedroom has wall mounted televisions as well. Our television service is Dish Network and all television sets in the home may be viewed at one time on different channels.
Six blocks away you will find the Publix grocery store. A new Super Center Walmart is located right across the street from Publix. Just around the corner and very close, you will be able to dine at the Copper Penny and enjoy their fine food. Bealls, the Florida fashion store affords you the opportunity to buy all the summer clothes you cannot find in your home state.
The only thing you need to bring to this home is your tooth brushes, clothes and groceries and possibly your lap top!
