A privately owned lakefront upscale villa located in a quiet boating community. This area of Bradenton/Sarasota is ideal for all the family to enjoy. There are sunny beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, designer outlet stores, art galleries, museums, and restaurants to suit every taste and age.
The fully furnished villa has an open floor plan overlooking the lake and private pool. The entire villa is tiled throughout. The kitchen is open to all living areas with a breakfast area. In addition, there is a separate large dining room that accommodates a large family. The newly furnished master suite has a king size bed, TV/DVD and master bath with double sinks and separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has 2 single beds.
The screened pool area has a beautiful granite dining table in a covered area as well as a gazebo and lounge chairs for shade or sun.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Mid Season Rates ... May 01 to Dec 15 .. $ 950/week.
High Season Rates .. Dec 16 to April 30 .. $1150/week.
Prices include all taxes and cleaning but Pooling heating is $75/week.
Deposit of $200/week DUE at reservation, Balance DUE 8 weeks before arrival.
Minimum stay of 7 nights. Monthly rate is 15% less than weekly rate.
Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are payable in full.
Cancellations outside 60 days of arrival will be charged 50% of initial Deposit.
Credit Cards and Debit cards accepted through Pay Pal.

I chose to buy a vacation rental in this area because it is so beautiful and has much to offer. Our lakeside-boating community is beautiful, active and friendly. It is central to all the activities we enjoy: beach, bike riding, hiking, and boating to the West near the Island Intercoastal waterways; live music, art, upscale restaurants, and shopping at Saint Armonds and Sarasota to the South; international theater and sailing in Tampa to the North; and one of the best discount shopping areas for miles around in the Prime Outlets of Ellenton, just minutes away to the East!

Tom and Karen have always loved the Florida Gulf Coast and Bradenton is the ideal place to be; close to beautiful white sandy beaches, museums,shops,concert halls and magical gardens but well situated for taking the grandchildren to Disney.
And of course lots and lots of golf - over 50 fantastic courses close by.
