Lakeside Swimming Pool
We guarantee that you will be delighted with the south west facing, oversized (30 foot) private swimming pool located to the rear of Ashley Lodge, which offers stunning lake views, and forms the backdrop for time spent relaxing on our extended sun drenched decking. Bathe in the crystal clear waters or relax and unwind on the sumptuously padded loungers and chairs as you survey the wonders of nature, right at the end of your garden. If swimming is too energetic for you and you want to soak your tired legs after a day at the parks or malls then our superb new Hot Tub will help you unwind. Overlooking the lake and with the option of a coloured waterfall to sooth you there is no better place to enjoy some pampering and relaxation.
A shaded lanai area with ceiling fan and weatherproof dining set are also provided for your enjoyment, together with child alert pool alarms fitted to all doors leading to the pool area, to ensure your children’s safety.
Family Room
At the heart of Ashley Lodge, the tastefully decorated Family Room which overlooks the glistening pool outside, will provide a haven of relaxation with its two large sofas, matching arm chair, remote controlled cable TV, VCR, DVD and hi-fi system. This light and airy room which features high vaulted ceilings, also contains matching coffee and side tables with decorative lamps, and beautiful window treatments.
For guests who just can’t live without the world wide web, we are delighted to provide a comfortable work station which features a fabulous computer system with high speed wireless internet connection.
And to ensure you don’t spend your valuable vacation time wondering about the best places to visit, we have provided a huge amount of local information in a handy Welcome Folder.
Games Room
The professionally installed, fully carpeted games room will bring hours of fun and entertainment, with its top of the range facilities and sporting themed décor. Provided for your enjoyment is a pool table with professional overhead lighting, air hockey, table tennis and foosball (table football). There is seating provided for those who would rather watch from the sidelines, or in case you need somewhere to relax, if keeping up with the kids becomes a little too much !
Time For Bed !!!
And talking of relaxation, our delightful and beautifully styled bedrooms will be a welcome retreat at the end of a busy day exploring the theme parks and attractions.
Pool Master Bedroom – Featuring an extravagant king size bed, dressed as you would expect with quality linens, a large light wood dresser, matching bedside tables and ample drawer space. For your convenience, there is a separate entrance from the bedroom leading directly onto the pool deck. Full en suite facilities include a luxurious walk in shower, spacious corner tub, w.c., and his and hers sinks with additional storage beneath.
Lake Master Bedroom – Located on the first floor, with breathtaking views over the pool and lake, this tasteful room features a queen size bed, cable TV, clock radio, two large closets, chest of drawers, and matching bedside cabinets, complete with bedside lamps ~ perfect for curling up with a good bedtime read ! The sunny en suite bathroom features a bath / shower combo, single sink and w.c.
Garden Bedroom – This bright room can be set up with a king bed or two single beds and contains spacious closets, bedside cabinets (night stands)clock radios, and a remote controlled cable TV.
The Aqua Bedroom has twin beds and a water theme. It also has a remote control cable TV, clock radio and plenty of storage space.
The Disney Bedroom – A true delight. This beautifully decorated twin bedded room with an enchanting Disney theme is always a favourite amongst our younger guests. Featuring two single beds, ample closet space, bedside cabinets and drawer unit, this beautiful room is also home to a cable TV, VCR, PS2 and a clock radio.
Bathrooms
All of our beautifully styled bathrooms are spotlessly clean, delightfully presented and have the added advantage of providing hair dryers and copious amounts of quality towels.
Bathroom 1 – Master En Suite - Full luxurious en suite facilities include a decadent walk in shower, spacious corner tub, w.c., and his and hers sinks with additional storage beneath.
Bathroom 2 – This light and airy bathroom consists of a bath / shower combo, w.c., and basin.
Bathroom 3 – This spacious bathroom contains a bath / shower combo, w.c., and his and hers sinks.
Half Bathroom – This convenient “powder room” is ideally located in close proximity to the pool and contains a w.c. and single sink.
For Younger Guests
Everyone at Ashley Lodge is well provided for, and that includes our tiny guests too. Provided for your convenience you will find a travel crib with blankets, stroller, high chair, play pen / 2nd crib and a colourful assortment of books and toys, guaranteed to keep the little ones amused for hours.
Kitchen & Dining
Our attractive, modern, fully equipped, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and additional casual seating has been designed and stocked to provide you with all the convenience of home. It features every possible labour saving device including a large cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, blender and a vast assortment of pots, pans, plates, cups, knives and forks.
And with all those mouths to feed, you’ll never run out of food storage space with our generously proportioned kitchen units.
The main dining room overlooks an attractive private garden area to the side of the property and even has access to the pool.

- Air Conditioning: The house is air conditioned and also has the benefit of ceiling fans. Fans are provided in the games room, which has been professionally installed in the garage.

- Beds
- King Bed (2) : This is in the Pool Master Bedroom on the ground floor with access to the pool. The bed has a pillow top and is extremely comfortable. There is also the option of a King Bed in the Garden Bedroom.
- Queen Bed: Lake Master Bedroom 2 has a new queen bed (September 2007) and has wonderful views over the lake and pool.
- Twin/Single Bed (4) : There are twin beds in our two themed bedrooms. One is our delightful Disney bedroom and the other has a water theme and is suitable for adults or children. The Garden bedroom can be either 2 twin beds or a king bed
- Convertible Bed: An additional air bed is provided in the Disney bedroom in case there are 3 small children. A travel cot is provided for babies
- Crib: A travel crib is provided

- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): There is one bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower on the ground floor. Ramps can be fitted to the front door and pool access.
- Kid Friendly: Children adore our pool area with the pool toys and games.

Why the Owner Chose Ashley Manor
We thought that we had the best of all possible worlds by buying here. We were close to all the obvious attractions of Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc. but we also realised that there is so much more to Central Florida than Theme Parks. We enjoy the lakes and National Parks as well as the theatres and cinemas of the local area. No holiday would be complete without a vast range of high quality restaurants to sample and enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the privacy of our location and the size of our plot. So few properties have large side gardens and private pool areas. We love the airiness of the villa and the fact that everything we need, including shops are nearby.
