My wife and I have loved Serenity so much we stayed there two years in a row. Serenity offers a peacful and relaxing getaway with all the amenities of a luxurious hotel and more. The Broad River which flows at the bottom of the property offers summer fun for tubing and fishing all year round. The river also adds to the tranquility from the sound of flowing waters when relaxing on the spacious balcony that overlooks it with a fantastic view. Wether you the to escape the hustle and bustle of the city life or to take in the scenery and activities of nearby Chimney Rock and Lake Lure this the perfect location to just relax or see it all. During most of the year the surounding woods are filled with Turkey and Deer, many varieties of birds and the fishing is great. The Broad River has Basss, Trout, and Catfish and Lake Lure is Teaming with many species. If you love to fish as I do this is a great location for the avid fisherman. The Cabin is finished all in cabin style wood, has a fireplace, Direct TV, Internet and much more. The cabin itself is remakably beautiful and comes fully furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay. If you have a chance to vacation in Lake Lure I highly recomend Serenity, it is the perfect getaway and vacation spot.

This is a gorgeous home. The home was rustic but quite cozy. In the evening when returning to the cabin we could see the deer in the roads to the cabin. We also seen wild turkey. The river running in the front of the property was calming. Our family has a great stay and would advise anyone that is considering staying, to do so.
