A roomy 3200 sq.ft home that accommodates large groups with ease. The house has a large eat-in kitchen adjacent to a roomy dining room for wonderful meals together after a day on the slopes. Just off the kitchen on the back deck is a 7 person hot tub.
Second floor has four bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has king-size bed and a double futon, a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Bunk room with three twin beds and one double. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, large bathroom with both a showers and tub/shower combo.
Third floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, large living area with a queen futon and two twin futons, a full bath as well as a refrigerator and sink in the living area.
Winters are awesome and summers are terrific too with cool evenings and sunny days. Lots to do with biking, hiking, Alpine slide-a NEW winter 'coaster', golf, shopping, rafting, kayaking, fishing, rock climbing just to mention a few. Park at the front door for great convenience. Free bus 1/2 block from house or walk less than a mile to town. All the conveniences of home, our home is a great way to enjoy a mountain experience.
All rentals are subject to a cleaning charge. Also, we are required to collect a 11.675% Breckenridge/CO lodging tax.
Information (routes, schedule, etc.) about the Town of Breckenridge's FREE SHUTTLE service can be found at their web site. The service runs year round generally from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM with additional service in AM and PM during ski season. Also, consider Colorado Mountain Express airport shuttle as an alternative to renting a vehicle from the Denver airport. They provide door-to-door service.

Owner was extremely communicative and helpful before, throughout, and after our stay. We were comfortable and the hot tub was a great addition after a day of skiing. Extremely easy to get to the slopes (via shuttle, which is like a 2-3 min walk from the house). House is easy to find and close to town.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

A group of 16 of us stayed here for a ski weekend. The place was great! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and the kitchen was nice and big. It is really nice that there is a shuttle a block away that will take you into town or to the ski resort. Once we parked our cars, we didn't have to use them until we left. Peggy and Rob are great to work with.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

Location! This house is conveniently located in between 2 of the free shuttle stops, so you just have to walk (or in Ski boots, waddle) 1 block to either stop. It is easy to find, and has enough parking for the size of house (you can't park on the street and many of these rental properties only give you 2 spots for a 5 bedroom). Size: The 3 levels were roomy and there was plenty of space for the different families we had staying. The kitchen is big and allows for socializing and cooking, and the large kitchen table plus the dining room table allows all guests their own chair. Getaway: With the big hot tub that sits under the stars, to the adorable winter and festive decorations, you will feel like you are in that dream mountain home where you sip hot cocoa, warm up against the heating stove in the family room, and play a game or finish one of the puzzles. The owners were so easy to work with and really made us feel at home. We will definitely be staying here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Our stay at your property was perfect. The space was wonderful and accomodated our group perfectly. We enjoyed the ability to cook great meals, gather as a big group for meal time and to play games and still be close to the skiing, shopping and other amenities enjoyed in smaller groups. We truly appreciate the opportunity for our family to gather and feel like we were at home! I wanted to let you know that we had a blast in Breck and that we loved staying at your place. The house was very, very nice, cozy, warm, nicely equipped with all the amenities we could want/need. The people loved the place! Shuttle is really close, less than a minute walk, so Breck skiing was very convenient. Lots of room for 10 people, very clean place, excellent hot tub, big kitchen ... Thanks so much for the wonderful stay at the Red Feather Lodge. It was fabulous! Very well kept and very homey. We especially liked the hot tub. Access to the town of Breckenridge and the ski area was so easy . . just walk out the door a few short steps to a free shuttle. Very nice! About the owner: This is a family retreat and we've enjoyed it a bunch. We gather from Texas, Kentucky and Colorado to enjoy life and laughter together. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do!

Breckenridge is the best ski town in North America and this location is close to town, out of the main flow of traffic, but close enough to the action. It also is close to trails to walk and hike.
