Enclosed within red rock cliffs, this 2 story villa is located within the larger Sunserra community retreat which boasts 5 swimming pools and 4 hot tubs as well as golfing on a 9-hole executive course. The balcony and patio of this particular villa open up to the serene, soft rolling hills of the golf course with beautiful views of the canyon and the massive Columbia River which looms just ahead.
Located 7 miles out of Quincy and 24 miles from Wenatchee, this is a convenient central Washington location known for its 300 days of sun. With the Columbia River only minutes away (Moses Lake is a thirty minutes drive) fishing, boating and water sports are a perfect activity! (The boat launch is located a few minutes from the villa.) Enjoy scenic walks and bike rides around Crescent Bar and up the hill. Then relax at SunFire Bar & Grill with casual dining and drinks (a fireplace is located on the balcony for outside seating). Two other restaurants located outside of the Sunserra community (but on Crescent Bar) are the Sandtrap Bar & Grill and the Tower Pizza. There is also an Ice-Cream shop nearby as well a several Coffee Shops throughout the area.
Enjoy year-round attractions (all less than an hour away) such as Wenatchee’s Apple Blossom Festival in springtime and various festivals throughout the year in Leavenworth, major concert acts in the breathtaking Gorge Amphitheater in the summer months and winery tours and tastings at area wineries in the fall!

From Seattle, WA
Take I-90 East, crossing the Columbia River at Vantage. Continue East to George. At Exit 149 turn North on SR-281 to Quincy. From Quincy, take SR-28 West toward Wenatchee for 7 miles. Turn left at the "Rec Area 3" road sign.
From Vancouver, B.C.
Take I-5 to Everett, then turn East on US-2 and continue to Wenatchee. Take SR-28 south for 25 miles. Turn right at the Crescent Bar entry road.
From Portland, Oregon
Take I-84 East to Exit 104, turn North on US-97. Join I-82/US-97 and continue North to Ellensburg. Take I-90 East, crossing the Columbia River at Vantage. Continue East to George. At Exit 149 turn North on SR-281 to Quincy. From Quincy, take SR-28 West toward Wenatchee for 7 miles. Turn left at the "Rec Area 3" road sign.
