This is a lovely home with a fabulous master suite. Home was very clean and the beds were very comfy. Had everything we needed. All we had to provide were our toiletries, laundry and dish soap, paper towels and food. We had plenty of room, never ran short of hot water, convenient to everything we planned to attend. It is exactly what it shows in the pictures, and has a great game room in the garage, along with the washer & dryer. We had 5 adults and ended up with one spare room. Wireless internet access made things easier with the young adults once we came back from the parks. Was a great place to relax & unwind from everyday life. Had one incident where our alarm went off and can honestly say the police were VERY quick to respond, in less than 3 minutes. Felt very secure. Worth every penny and look forward to doing it again. Thanks for a great vacation.

This house was great! I would recommend it to anyone and already have to my friends and family. It was only 10 minutes from the parks, clean and exactly as the pictures shown. I really didn't know about renting online but I have to say Michel was true to descriptions and the house lived up to my expectations and then some. He responded very quickly to each email I sent to him and I got an email returning my deposit before I landed back home. If you have the opportunity to rent this, I would highly recommend you do. Michel - thanks again, we had a wonderful time and will be back!

What a great house to stay in! I had never rented before...and this being my first time was not really sure what to expect. Michel was very helpful and walked me through every step of the process and was constantly communicating with me through email. We walked in the door and were blown away. Clean, comfy, and a ton of space. The bedrooms were amazing, the bathrooms were a plenty and clean and ready and the family space, the living room and game room kept us feeling at home. The pool out back was a bonus, we swam everyday and my son just enjoyed it so much! It was so awesome to have such an amazing place to come back to after the parks. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be coming back in years to come! Thank you so much for our first ever Disney experience. It was a memory that will last a lifetime!

This home was everything you could have wanted. It was in a great and convenient location, in a good neighborhood,, well furnished and well equipped with everything you would need. We made many wonderful memories and Michel, the owner, was wonderful to deal with. The heated swimming pool and hot tub were the biggest hit with everyone. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely use it again.

This was our first time to Florida with our family of 7. We were going to Disney World and had decided it would be more enjoyable to avoid the crowds as much as possible with our autistic son. The house was beautiful and roomy...Grandma even had her own bedroom and private bath(although it would have been even better if she had a tv in that room...just a suggestion). The kitchen was easy to cook in and all the appliances worked wonderfully. My 4 kids loved the disney themed rooms and it was nice to have tv's with dvd players in there as well. We absolutely loved the private pool and it was so much easier to swim together with smaller children than trying to handle them in a large, crowded resort pool. The game room was an added bonus and our family enjoyed it. If you stay be sure you realize you must provide the following: toliet paper and trash bags(personally i think if this was included it would make the stay even greater...although I understand not wanting to be a supplier of products for people to take advantage of). Overall a great experience for our family's first florida vacation...hopefully the first of many more to come.

We are returning visitors. The home has everything that is needed for a comfortable visit and the property is kept spotless. We saw many improvements since our last visit which was several years ago. The owner promptly responded to our questions and needs. There are so many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls and attractions within a short distance's drive; there was something for all age groups to do. We loved being in the fresh air and walking around the neighborhood and ponds. We cannot say enough good things about the property or the owner. We are already planning our next visit.

We stayed at Dream House for Thanksgiving Week 2011. We are a family of 6--two adults, 4 boys age 10, 7, 6 (has ASD), and 1. It was our first time staying offsite (and have always swore we never would). If we were going to stay offsite, I had a huge list of "demands" for a house we were renting. To be honest, I didn't think I'd find a house that fit the bill. I was happily surprised when we came across Michel's houses (recommended from a Disney fan message board). I booked the house, but still wasn't sure how it would all shake out. We couldn't have been happier! Michel was easy to work with (our deposit was even mailed back to us before we got home). The house was acceptably clean and well maintained. The decor was wonderful--very Disney without being overdone. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. I was also thrilled with how close the house was to the parks. There were some games missing from the playstation and we mentioned it to Michel in passing and he went out and bought new games. My kids still had plenty to play, so we weren't upset at all. I found his service to be above and beyond. The house was well stocked with anything we could possibly need (towels, sheets, cooking items, etc). I highly recommend this house and would not hesitate to stay there again (or any of Michel's houses).

This house was perfect for our Disney stay! It was an easy 10 minute drive to the parks. From the moment we walked in, the kids fell in love with the decor. Very kid friendly with a perfect pool for cooling off during the day or an evening swim after a day at the park. The game room was also a big hit and the washer and drier came in very handy. The DREAM house was perfect and we will definitely be back!

Nous étions deux couples du Québec avec chacun deux enfants âgés entre 10 et 12 ans et avons séjournés dans cette maison durant nos vacances d'été en juillet 2011 en vue de nos visites à Walt Disney. Maison très propre,spacieuse et très confortable. Chaque couple avait sa chambre et sa propre salle de bain. Les enfants avaient également «leur quartier» puisqu'une 3e salle de bain sépare les deux chambres d'enfants. Idéal pour y vivre deux familles ensemble. Pour nos vacances à Disney, nous avions fait le choix de louer une maison plutôt que de séjourner sur les sites Disney afin de retrouver «un chez soi» à la fin de nos journées de visites. C'est un choix très personnel. L'été en Floride, ayant une température très chaude, nous avons grandement apprécié d'aller faire nos visites à Disney les matinées pour revenir relaxer dans notre piscine et faire la sieste en après-midi et retourner en soirée à nos visites! Quel plan parfait! Les jeunes y ont également trouvé leur compte avec les installations dans le garage (pool, air-hockey) sans oublier la piscine. Nous en avons profité pour faire d'autres activités comme la plage de Cocoa Beach situé à 1h00 de la maison, de l'initiation au ski nautique et de petites parties de mini golf. Comblé vos soirées à Downtown Disney, à magasiner aux Outlets d'Orlando ou même vous offrir le plaisir de La Nouba, cirque du soleil de Downtown Disney! Les photos que vous voyez représente très bien la maison. La salle de bain de la grande chambre n'est pas démontrée mais elle est très spacieuse! À prix très abordable et faisant affaire avec un propriétaire très sympatique et très organisé, nous vous recommandons sans aucun doute cette maison! BONNES VACANCES !!!

At first we were looking at staying at Disney or in a hotel. Our eight year old son found this Dream House on line so we contacted Michel. From first contact in an email up until you leave the house Michel makes your stay enjoyable and easy. The house has the "wow" factor when we walked in. Both of our young boys wanted to spend at least one day out of our busy week at the house!!!! The neighborhood was nice and we felt very safe. The house was easy to locate and was close to restaurants, shopping and all of the Disney parks. We will recommend your house and your service to our friends and family. We stayed in the Villa in June/July 2011 which consisted of 4 Adults 2 Kids (8), (5) there was pleanty of room for everyone and is very child friendly. The villa is situated close to all the main attractions which was ideal. The house was great! It's super close to Disney, shopping, and restaraunts. Michel was quick to answer questions and his management company responded quickly when a small repair was needed. The decor was fun for the kids and adults alike. The pool was perfect for a break from the heat. The house is only an hour from Cocoa Beach, which was perfect for a break from the parks. We received our deposit back quickly, before we even got home. It was a vacation enjoyed by all!

We stayed at Michael's Dream house in early June 2011. Michael was wonderful to work with from the first e-mail to the end of our stay. We met him at the house the first day we arrived and found him to be very friendly and the house to be perfect for us. This house is very close to Disney and is decorated in Disney decor so we never lost the Disney Magic. I would not hesitate to recommend this house and owner to anyone. If you are looking for a great place to stay offsite, look no further. We do not travel to Disney every year but any house owned by Michael will be at the top of our list for future trips. Hello Michel and Kathleen, We had an absolutely beautifiul week. The weather was terrific. We have rented many houses over the years but this property was more than we expected. Our daughters and friends ablsolutely loved their rooms. The property both inside and out were spectacular. The house was everything we hoped for. It was very clean, well maintained and very up to date. We spent everyday talking about the different pictures and items throughout the house. Kathleen you have a wonderful gift for decorating. The owners Michel and Kathleen went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed such as directions, points of interest, numbers for people we could contact if we needed anything. Their house is exactly the same as the pictures, in fact better than the pictures, the description of the house was exact. It was a home away from home. We were relaxed and everyday from our daytime adventures we couldn't wait to get back and hop in the pool We will be sure to be in touch for our next trip and we are sending a couple of friends your way as well. Thank you for all your help in answering all of our questions and making our trip everything we hoped for. Our one daughters fiance is over in Afganastan and this was the best distraction for her. Dealing with Michel was very easy--quick response all the time. The house was wonderful! It was spacious, very clean, convenient to the parks. The pool was well-protected with a child-safe gate. The lanai was very relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable. We do not have one complaint at all. It was by far the best vacation we have had. We will never go back to a Hotel ever again. Exceeded Expectations, Looked Forward to Returning To The Dream House Every Night!

Check In and Out was as easy as possible, no line as you find at a resort. Kids were in heated pool five minutes after we arrived. Linens, bath and pool towels were plentiful. Kitchen was completely stocked with all variety of, baking pans, pots and frying pans. We invited friends over for breakfast and dinner and easily had plates, glasses, utencils for 12 people. Water in bathrooms was hot, all fixtures were clean and modern. Washing machine and dryer worked great. Flat screen tvs and WIFI worked great. AC was very quiet and kept the house confortable. Beds were excellent, and decor lived up to the website photos. Security deposit was returned before I got home to my paypal account. This is the place you want to stay, one of the housemates was Manhattan real estate agent and she had advised that she could sell this property in a NY minute.

Nous avons réaliser notre rêves d'amener toute notre famille (8 personnes) à Walt Disney. Le séjour à la maison fût magique, 4 chambres avec 3 chambres de bain complète. La décoration et la propreté de la maison est impeccable avec un propriétaire très à l'écoute de nos besoins. We stayed for almost 2 weeks in November. We wanted someplace close to Disney in the area we have stayed previously. The property is exactly as pictured. Kids loved the Mickey room and the Disney decorations throughout the house. And even though they were 3 at the time, they liked the air hockey in the game room in the morning to play with Dad while waiting for Mom to get ready. Pool was super clean and with the heat, very warm. Also liked that bed rails were available for the little ones. Communication with owner was always quick and friendly.

Michel, thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home for our recent trip to Orlando and for making the process so easy and smooth. You were so friendly and helpful. The house was really beautiful. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. It was very spacious, and it was very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommmend this property to anyone staying in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. The pool, game room and video games are a great addition for kids/teenagers. The house was very conveniently located. It was very close to all the Disney parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. I would recommend Houlihan's buffet breakfast. We ate there every morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a wonderful trip and were sad when it came to an end. We hope to visit again one day in the future, and we would definitely consider renting this or one of your other homes again. Thanks again for everything.

The house is perfectly located for the Disney parks being just a 5 minute drive to the initial entrance to the Disney area, other parks such as SeaWorld and Universal are an additional 5-15 minutes away on the I-4. There are numerous restaurants within a 5 minute drive of the house so you don't have to venture far away for food if you want to eat out. The house itself is furnished to a high standard and comes with all modern gadgets and equipment, the games room was well used by my young sons in the mornings so was very welcome as it kept them entertained! We tend to go to Orlando every 4-5 years and I would have no hesitation in returning to this house when that time comes around, other than staying within Disney you will struggle to get closer and the quality of the furnishings are higher than any other house we've rented previously.

We enjoyed our week at the Dream House. Our only problem was that the two coffee makers in the house didn't work. No big deal, but my husband mentioned it the "pool man" when he asked how we were enjoying the house. Turns out, he told the "house manager" and we came home that same day from the park to find a brand new coffee maker on the table! The house was perfect for our small family and guests that came to visit us. It was close to the park but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Thank you very much! We will be back!

My family stayed at this wonderful "Dream House" on our recent trip to Disney. The house was super clean and wonderfully decorated! It had all the amenities you could ask for, and the location was super close to the Disney Parks. My four children had a great time in the FANTASTIC pool, and garage game room! Family owned by a very nice family, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly reccomend this property to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. An absolute joy to stay at!

Our stay at the Dream House (7/11 - 7/18) was absolutely wonderful. The pictures of the home are extremely accurate of the house and it's contents. The house well exceeded our expectations and was close to the Disney attractions and ESPN's Sports center. The house is close enough to all of the fun, but far enough away so that we weren't bothered by the "tourist" crowds. The grocery store, and several eating establishments were very close by. Our 3 boys (ages 8, 7 and 2) were comfortable in their surroundings and enjoyed it all; especially the game room, the pool and the play station. Hubby and I used the kitchen, and the laundry facilities just as if we were home. I do have a few suggestions to enhance the experience for future guests, however I must add that these are NOT complaints! Since the trash removal is such a priority, providing sufficient trash bags for the guests use along with more paper supplies (paper towels, facial tissues and TP) would be a help. A blender in the kitchen would also be a welcome bonus. Additionally, the bathroom in the master bedroom would be further enhanced by a more luxurious shower head. We will definetly consider the Dream House (or perhaps even another one of your properties) for our next vacation! We're sold on house rentals for Florida vacations...THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Charming, Comfortable, and Close to Disney

My family has always stayed on grounds @ Disney, but this time, we were trying to watch our budget AND we were vacationing with friends. The Dream House was just what we needed, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The decor is PERFECT! Not to mention the game room and pool, that kept the kids happy when we were at the house. Master bedroom was lovely, with a very large master bath as well. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and it's own bath was great for our friends... and the two bedrooms equipped with 2 twins beds in each room were perfect for our kids too. We will surely stay again!

This was our family's 3rd visit to the Orlando area and our 3rd stay at a rental property. We were very impressed with the Dream House's decor, cleanliness, the pool & the location. Our children LOVED the rooms & the clean warm swimming pool. We also enjoyed the games room. The location was perfect with all our favourite amenities surrounding. Thanks very much for a great place to rest (and play!) while adventuring in Florida!

We loved the Dream House! We very much enjoyed our 7 day vacation at the Dream House Jan. 30 to Feb. 6, 2010. The home is just as it appears in the photos. Easy to locate from the airport. Clean, warm and inviting with plenty of room for everyone. We had 4 adults and our 8 year old boy (who LOVED! the heated pool). We visited Sea World, Universal Studios, Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space center - all were close and easy to find from the house. The home is close to all types of shopping: grocery, drug stores, outlet malls, gift shops, Target, Wal-Mart, and many resturants. Even a medical clinic! We had an excellent vacation and highly recommend any rentals with Michel & Kathleen. Thank you for a great vacation away from the snow/winter in Minnesota!

Nous avons habités la maison Dream House 3 jours au mois de décembre dernier, et je peux vous dire que c'est vraiment une maison de rêve pour tous. July 1-8, 2009: 7 of us, ranging in ages from 8 to 77, stayed at the Dream House for 1 week in July 2009. We would like to thank Michel and his family for the use of their beautiful home. The House was clean, spacious of the themed decorations added to the overall pleasure of our stay. We will not stay in a hotel again when we visit Disney. The house and grounds were wonderfully maintained and most welcoming. The pool was a great way to end a hot day spent at the closlely located theme parks. Thanks for adding to a great vacation!

This house is beautifully decorated, perfectly maintained, and met our every need. The extra Disney decorating touches everywhere really made it feel as if we had arrived at one of the Disney hotels. The house is well-located just a few minutes from Disney's main gate and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The pool provided great relaxation, and the game room/TVs/games/movies kept everyone entertained. Dealing with Michel was a pleasure. We will stay again and will recommend the house to our friends and family looking for a great solution of where to stay in Orlando.

My family stayed at the dream house for two weeks in May 2009 and were wonderfully surprised with the accomodations. My 9 year old son headed straight for the car licence plate room and loved it and my 6 year old daughter fell in love with the Minnie/Mickey room. The princess dress in the closet even fitted her perfectly. The toys my children had taken with them were not required as there were more than enough Minnies and Mickies to play with. I loved the minnie and mickey cups in the kitchen and appreciated the great photos of some of my favorite holliwood stars. Last year we stayed at a Disney resort (Saratoga Springs) and we were disapointed by the lack of Disney decoration around the condo. You have way out-disneyed Disney. It was great being so close to everything we needed. On the one occassion we had a problem with the A/C the management guy was on to it straight away If we return next summer, we will be making reservations with you guys. Our vacation in Orlando was the best because of your beautiful home. We loved every aspect of the house. Everything that you could need was there. The pool was great to relax in after a hot day of fun at the parks. I hated to leave after our week of Disney attractions. Staying at this home also allows a family to have more money to spend on fun. Eating in and grocery stores within minutes was great. The closeness to the Disney parks and everything else was wonderful. When I come back to Orlando there's no question as to where my family will stay. Magic! A dream comme true!Nous avons séjourné 11 jours en avril 2009. Tout était parfait. Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants et il y a de l'espace pour tous. Les enfants étaient émerveillés par toutes les décorations de Disney. La maison est à 10-15 minutes des parcs et nous revenions nous baigner et souper à la maison pour couper la journée en deux avant de retourner voir les spectacles de soirée. C'est le "set up" idéal pour des vacances à Walt Disney. Vous avez, à proximité, tous les restaurants et une épicerie. Finalement, je peux dire que vous pouvez voir de belles photos de la maison sur ce site mais, qu'elle est beaucoup plus belle en réalité. Allez-y pour le constater. Mes enfants m'ont dit qu'ils étaient dans un rêve!!!

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks over the March break in 2009. The location is very convenient to both Universal and the Disney parks. The quiet location and comfortable surroundings made this the perfect location for our holiday. With 2 families sharing the property there was ample space to spread and enjoy the property. The games room and pool area came with everything a family with young children could wish for. Close by is a Publix grovery store and a number of restaurants. Michel is great to deal with and will ensure your transaction and holiday goes smoothly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for holiday rental in the Kissimmee region.

What made your house so unique in comparison to other rentals, was the extra touches like the Disney decor, themed rooms, and beautiful furnishings. The house had an "inviting feel" to it as soon as we walked through the door and each time we returned from the long days in the parks.
