We had such a great time, the pictures posted doesn't justify the comfort and scenery. We were greeting promptly by management as well as given a tour and some advice for some off-site expeditions. We had a wonderful time. Booking was easy and we felt comfortable with how finances were handled. We were greeted very promptly by the management and welcomed to the condo. The decor was inviting and prompted a relaxed, almost spa-like feeling. We liked the cool breezes that flowed from the front door to the living area windows. It will get warm in the loft in summer but there is air conditioning in the condo and a fan upstairs, so with simple planning ahead you can cool it off before bedtime. The view was engaging and management was impressively friendly and accessible to us.

This was our first visit to Hawaii as well as our first condo rental. The location was great, we loved the North Shore. It was a quiet area which was nice and it was only a short walk to the Turtle Bay Resort which had great restaurants and a great beach for snorkeling and swimming. The condo was very clean and well maintained, and provided us with a great place to relax. It was also great that they had beach accessories we could use, it saved us from having to bring our own. The renter was great and was easily reached if we needed anything. We didn't golf but the golf course was beautiful and the golfers were quiet and until you saw them out the window, you wouldn't even know they were there! We would recommend this rental to anyone of any age. We are newly weds and it was great!

I really wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. This has to be one of the nicest condos here. The custom woodwork was exceptional. I didn't know any of these condo's had ocean views. It was just a peek-a-boo view, but still. The view of pond was lovely also. Everything was quality in the condo, and we have no complaints whatsoever. I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for a wonderful retreat.

My girlfriend and I booked this condo thinking we were getting a nice luxurious condo in a scenic location. What we got was the exact opposite. - The kitchen is infested with ants. They even made their way out into the living room onto the couches. We complained to the manager about the ants and all she did was leave some ant tablets at the front door. The silverware drawer was full of dead ants - The wireless internet did not work. We booked this condo so we could work remotely for a few hours a day but couldn't get this working. We tried it on multiple devices to no avail. - The beach is not steps away from the condo as depicted in the picture. Its 10 minutes if you avoid golf balls and dash through the golf course. Its 15-20 minutes if you walk along the road - The nearest trail is also home to Horse rentals so the trail is caked in horse droppings that no one ever seems to pick up - The air conditioning is on the lower level and does not reach the loft area where the bed is. This results in you sleeping in 100 degree stifling heat. - The BBQ is a part of the community pool and looks like it hasn't been used in years. You also have to buy charcoal for it so don't plan on BBQ'ing All of these issues resulted in numerous complaints to the manager and the owner from us. The manager was nice but the owner was very rude and blamed us for not being able to get the wireless to work. The ant issue was simply disregarded by both "This is Hawaii, ants are everywhere" We decided to vacate the premises on the 4th day...We paid for 7 nights but couldn't handle the ants anymore. The owner refused to refund our $ for the remaining 3 days so I just want everyone to know that you should avoid booking this place.
