Beautiful Island Vacation Villa. Sleeps 7 or 8 in 4 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms. Private location, less than a 2 minute walk to white, sandy beach. The best outdoor living spaces of any villa in the area. Screened lanai, plus 2 sun/shade decks, heated community pool with less than 20 members with keyed access. Unique private location with very close proximity to beach. House was completely remodeled in 2009. All new appliances, wood floors, designer furniture and more.
The master suite has a king bed. Guest room #1 has a queen bed, guest room #2 has a trundle bed, guest room #3 has a queen bed. House was decorated by a professional interior decorator.

We stayed in April 2011 and this place is really nice, lots of space for a group. Gulf is accross the street, condo is in a nice quiet cul de sac and pool close by. All the pool toys and things you would need. Would like to stay here again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

My family stayed here in July and was extremely pleased with all the accomodations. Short walk to beach, pool was great. Trolly is short walk from house and runs every 15 min. House was everything they advertised, even the bikes, pool and beach accessories. Very well maintained and equiped with everything a family would need for a nice vacation at the beach. Tropical Scenary throughout the village. Owner was very pleasant to deal with.

We stayed here the last week of April and were very pleased with the accomodations. It is a short walk to the beach, probably three minutes. Beach is great for swimming and fishing. Couldn't snorkel though as the wind was blowing stirring up the water. Townhouse was nice, clean and great for a family of five. There were no bicycles there for our use as indicated in the vacation rental description. Other than that everything was great and the owner was excellent to deal with. I would recommend.
