Beautiful Anna Maria Island Vacation Villa. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, with 2 full bathrooms. Private location with exotic, tropical landscaping and a nice variety of palm trees. Less than a 2 minute walk to the best white sand beach on Anna Maria Island. The nicest outdoor living spaces of any villa in the area. Screened lanai, plus 2 sun/shade decks that wrap completely around the house.
Private, heated community pool with less than 20 members, restrooms, and secure keyed access. Unique private location with very close proximity to beach.
House was recently updated with fresh paint and furnishings. Meticulously maintained. Quality appliances, Weber gas grill, wood floors, granite counters, designer furniture, Ping-Pong table, new beach bikes and much more.
The Master Suite has a king bed with full bath in suite. Guest Suite #1 has a queen bed, guest suite #2 has a queen bed. The 2 guest rooms share a full bath that is private, but just a few steps from both rooms. House was decorated by a professional interior designer.

This is the nicest home for the price in the area. Certainly one of the 3 nicest Villas in North Beach Village. The most private location, closest stroll to the beach in North Beach Village too.

The stay there was very nice and had all the accomodations to make it nice. I have visited the island several time but this location was Rey good.Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My wife, my daughter & I are return visitors to the beautiful villa on Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. There is something magical about Anna Maria Island that draws us back again and again. The Villa is really exceptionally well taken care of with really interesting artwork and furnishings, there is everything you could want or need but the most special thing is the location. A brief walk across the street and you are on of the most beautiful beaches in the world. There is a great restaurant right there for lunch and the frosty beach beverages requisite for a fun day at the beach. We like to cook and really appreciate that the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and such, plus a nice grill on the super-shady back porch. After dinner we like to sit on the front porch and chat until the stars come out (or we fall asleep due to the very mellow groove there). I cannot say enough nice things about this property and location, we will be coming back again and again...Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We stayed in April 2011 and this place is really nice, lots of space for a group. Gulf is accross the street, condo is in a nice quiet cul de sac and pool close by. All the pool toys and things you would need. Would like to stay here again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family stayed here in July and was extremely pleased with all the accomodations. Short walk to beach, pool was great. Trolly is short walk from house and runs every 15 min. House was everything they advertised, even the bikes, pool and beach accessories. Very well maintained and equiped with everything a family would need for a nice vacation at the beach. Tropical Scenary throughout the village. Owner was very pleasant to deal with.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here the last week of April and were very pleased with the accomodations. It is a short walk to the beach, probably three minutes. Beach is great for swimming and fishing. Couldn't snorkel though as the wind was blowing stirring up the water. Townhouse was nice, clean and great for a family of five. There were no bicycles there for our use as indicated in the vacation rental description. Other than that everything was great and the owner was excellent to deal with. I would recommend.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
