Beautiful Island vacation Villa. Sleeps 8. Private cul-de-sac location, one minute walk to white, sandy beach. The best outdoor living spaces of any villa in the area. Screened lanai, sun deck, heated community pool and privacy with close proximity to beach. House was completely remodeled in 2006. All new appliances, wood floors, furniture and more.
The master suite has a king bed. Guest room #1 has a queen bed, guest room #2 has a twin bed. Sofa in living room turns into a queen sleeper bed.
Anna Maria Island is a very friendly place. Great restaurants, shopping, fishing, boating, and everything for your tropical island vacation are close by.
Free trolley service is available to take you all over the island.
