Our home is situated in the peaceful Seasons development, with a large corner plot, directly overlooking the lake.
The tranquil setting provides the perfect retreat after a full day visiting the varied theme parks and attractions. Walt Disney World is only a 15-minute minute drive along the Highway 192 and the nearest Walmart 24-hour supermarket takes less than five minutes by car.
You will find a variety of restaurants just a short drive away including Olive Garden,TGI Fridays and Marconi Grill ideal for families or couples, or for the lazy night in, you can order a take-out to be delivered to your door.
Furnished to a high standard with comfort and relaxation in mind, you will find the family room with leather sofas, large TV, DVD Player. Or why not relax in the formal lounge with the sumptuous sofas, oversized chair and CD Player. The upstairs den/lounge area again provides a further relaxation area with a double sofa and armchair.
The heated swimming pool and deck area provide the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day at the many theme parks. Sunloungers and comfortable chairs are also provided. There is a removable safety fence for added protection for young children if required.
The sleeping accommodation includes two master bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with a queen, each with cable TV and walk-in wardrobes and private bathrooms. There is a further double bedroom and three twin bedded rooms sharing two bathrooms, all tastefully furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. You can choose to eat at the family dining table or choose the more formal dining area, both seating six people.
The house is fully air-conditioned and includes all linen, towels, hairdryers, utility room with wash tub and tumble dryer.
Our local Management Company who look after the house are available for your convenience.
Fully carpeted Games Room with "Multi Arcade Machine" featuring 49 games, pool table with overhead lighting, wall mounted 32" flat screen cable TV, DVD Player.

Why the Owner Chose Seasons
We chose Seasons because of it`s location close to Disney and because we immediately loved the space and location of the property. We do not enjoy being overlooked and have to have a great view.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The Games Room has added another entity to the property. it is fully carpeted and painted blending into the rest of the house. We enjoy spending an evening playing pool and of course we have to have Hannah Montana on the TV at the same time for our daughter. The Games Machine has over 50 games and yet I still play "Space Invader" over and over again bringing back memories!
Corner location with a fabulous view over the lake. Off road parking available for at least 3 cars.

Being a Cancerian I just love to be by water! Hence we have our Kissimmee home overlooking the lake. We have a beautiful rental home on a waterway on the Gulf Coast and in England we live by a canal!
I enjoy walking, interior design, crosswords and spending time with my daughter who is 9 years old and my husband John. Family life is my top priority.

family of 10 stayed very comfortably in your home from home and never under anyones feet as your home is huge. We went to a different park everyday we was there, and you were correct in saying all parks are only short drives away. The kids loved the games room and I enjoyed playing pac man!!.They also enjoyed a little fishing in the pond. comunication was excellent emails replied quickly. I would deffinately recommend your home and hope that we could rent it again when we return.

Firstly the booking was easy, the contact with Elaine was great, the information and tips she gives are great. We arrived at the house at around 8pm, the house is easy to find from maps and directions provided. The house is lovely, the pictures and descriptions are very accurate, my boys aged 8 and 12 loved the choice of bedrooms available, the pool was a great hit after long days at parks or even a down day when you want a day off from the parks! There is plenty of kitchenware should you wish to use it, the laundry room is a great help and the games room was wonderful - my 8 year old is now addicted to pool! We had an an amazing holiday which was helped along by this lovely house!

We were SO happy with this home away from home! There was plenty of room for the guys to hang out, the girls to relax and the kids to play :) The walk around the lake and the short distance to the play ground worked great for us as well. Were planning to return in 2 years when we re-do all the amusement parks and meet up with friends from Alabama!

We had a fabulous stay at this well located home in April 2010. We spent time at Disney, Seaworld, Universal and caught a baseball game in Tampa Bay. We found the drive to all locations very simple and quick. There were 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) and still we had loads of room. The kids loved the pool and games room. The natural wildlife in the lake provided daily conversations and great views. The Super Walmart is so close for any thing you need (food, sunscreen, cocktails, etc) it is right around the corner. Medivial Times dinner experience is close as well and recommended for those with kids. We are already planning our return visit in 2012 and will be staying at this house again. I would highly recommend staying at this home away from home. Thank you Elaine for our great stay talk to you soon about our stay in 2012.

We just got back from vacation and stayed at this house. The listing was accurate and It's a nice house with 6 bedrooms that can accommodate 12 people easily. There are 5 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Everything is in good condition in the house. The lake behind the house has a concrete path to walk around, Contact with the owner had an almost instant reply and everthing was answered accuratley. It's a great location close to all the parks. We will definitely stay here our next visit to Florida.

John, Elaine, when spending 3 weeks at your holiday home in Kissimmee, Florida this June, being blind and entering a strange place can be daunting , but when you hear the words WOW from both Nan’s and the kids said it all! The place is superb, spacious, admittedly a great place to get lost in until I got my bearings, but spacious rooms, kitchen diner, with lounge attached just the ticket. With a separate lounge at the front as well, balcony upstairs with internet access gave all eight of us space when we needed it, must admit the place for total relaxation. The kids enjoyed the games room and the pool area and with the insect netting made it even better, along with a beer and an ice cream of course, the only problem was at times, for the kids anyway, was it pool in the games room or the pool in the garden. I also had the lake and its inhabitants described to me each day, I could just imagine sitting back at home and being told a turtle had just walked past the bottom of the garden and flamingo type birds standing in the water, just reminds me of the local canal! It was beautiful and with the weather just perfect. Admittedly a car is essential but stores and most restaurants are but a few minutes’ drive away and as a family enjoyed the delights of Disney and all the parks and I clocked that the furthest point was no more than 30 minutes drive away, so all in all, great place to holiday, very central for all the attractions, would highly recommend it for all ages

We were at this property for nine days in February. There were nine of us - 6 adults and 3 kids. This turned out to be perfect for us. The family with kids spent time at Disney World, while others would go off at do other things. We would all meet back at the house for dinner and share our experiences for the day. The location of this home worked out well for us. Besides the theme park access, we went to the Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Winter Park, Tampa Bay, and Daytona Beach. These are all easy drives. A few things that we really enjoyed were a airboat trip on Lake Tohopekaliga with Aquatic Adventures Airboat. An excellent hour long trip. The tour NASA provides at the Space Center was enjoyed by all of us. Some of us visited Winter Park, north of Orlando. There is a great art museum there. We also had an enjoyable boat cruise on the lakes at Winter Park. We made a loop around Tampa Bay, stopping at Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast. On this trip we visited a Manatee Viewing Area on the West side of Tampa Bay. Great spot! All in all we had a great vacation with our family. This home was a perfect spot for us to use as home base. The home was as advertised, although I would say the lake is more a pond.
