  My family and I stayed at Teton Valley Vista in July 2009. Our ages ranged from 4 months to 58 years old. This home met our every need for all the children and adults. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The little ones had a lot of fun riding their bikes on the bike trail that goes right behind the house and enjoyed playing on the grass in the yard. My only regret was that we didn't sign up to stay longer!!

  We loved the house. We had so much space and it was stocked with everything we could imagine. We really liked how it is located in the middle of all the places we went. We would definitely stay again. The Wickey's were so friendly and easy to deal with.

  We rented the house to meet up with friends from the past and celebrate a couple birthdays. 10 people and room to spare! Everything we needed was there or close by, the kitchen is very well stocked with all the pots and pans, spices... The set up of the house made it so that there was privacy when needed, open space to visit or just hang out! We spent a lot of time on the deck and Hot tub! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your house, We wouldn't have changed a thing!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay at Teton Valley Vista. The house was very clean and very well equipped, including an electric skillet,crock pot and a blow dryer. Everything was in perfect working order and the hot tub was so soothing at the end of each ski day! We are a family of four, but the house could easily accommodate two or even three families as there is a complete second kitchen in the downstairs basement. The beds were comfortable and we never ran out of hot water! The owners responded to all inquiries very quickly and refunded our security deposit two days after our departure. We will definitely stay there on all our future Targhee trips!!! Ski family of Four

  This house was more than perfect for our Road Trip group. As listed for 16-18 people, the house would have accommodated very easily. There were only 5 of us and there was soooo much clean space. Towels, sheets, basic toiletries were provided. Kitchen is well stocked with non-perishables. Cribs and child oriented furniture available. My only complaint is that we did not stay long enough to fully enjoy everything the home has to offer.

  Large, clean, and well-maintained. We so appreciated all the little extras. The kitchen had everything we thought of needing. With two babies in our family, we loved having two cribs, high chairs, and strollers.

  My family had a great time exploring the National Parks (Grand Tetons and Yellowstone) while staying in a spacious house in Driggs Idaho. The house was a great place to hang out, had a fully stocked kitchen and lots of comfortable beds, plus we really enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub. Our only complaint was that it had no dressers so we had to live out of our suitcases the entire time and had no place to empty our pockets or set our stuff down. Our plan was to spend as much time in the parks as possible. It took just under an hour to get to the Grand Tetons and we visited several days. We were disappointed that it was closer to 2 hours to get to Yellowstone, making it difficult to do a day trip. We ended up renting a cabin in Yellowstone for one night so that we could spend 2 full days, and it was well worth it.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  Owner response: Yes, it is a ninety minute drive from the house to Yellowstone, to either the south or the west entrance. Although it makes a great day trip from the house, Yellowstone is a very large park containing 370 miles of paved roadway and once in a lifetime viewing opportunities that will petition your attention. To get the full Yellowstone experience, it is recommended that you stay at least a night or two in the park.

  We found the house very clean and comfortable for our group. We had 11 adults, 2 preschoolers and 2 toddlers and it was a perfect fit for us. My son was married in Tetonia, so this location was perfect. I would recommend this home and would happily stay again.

  Our family, 10 adults and 6 children, stayed at this lovely new home in the summer. We absolutely loved the home and majestic surroundings! We plan to go back every year because of the very reasonable price, how clean and new it was, and how we all felt at home while we were there. First of all, the house has many amenities that we never even thought to consider beforehand. Things like a grill, pots and pans, seasonings, cooking essentials, basically everything that you'd have at home. There was even a second kitchen downstairs. The bathrooms were fully supplied with everything you'd expect to see at a nice hotel, soaps, towels, shampoos, etc, and the whole house was immaculately cleaned. Each room has individual climate control, the four full bathrooms allowed us all to be able to use the bathroom or shower whenever needed (and never ran out of hot water!), the very large hottub was set outside on the deck with unbelievable views of the snowcapped mountain peaks, stars, etc., and it even had a cool gameroom downstairs with a professional foosball table! Also, it had high speed wireless internet, two tvs hooked up to cable, comfortable beds for everyone, two living rooms, and a garage where we could park our vehicles. The surrounding area is absolutely incredible. This was the summer season, and there was just so much that you could do. We went hiking around a lake with a waterfall and beautiful mountain views, saw wildlife up close and personal including moose, elk, buffalo, antelope, and more, visited historic Jackson Wyoming, visited Yellowstone and Teton National park, and too much else to even mention. I hear that in the winter season they have world-class skiing as well just minutes from the house. We've been on vacations in many diverse locations, and this was, by far, the best trip we've been on! It was so much better than staying at a hotel, which by the way, would have cost us significantly more than this house. We are already planning our next vacation to this same house!

  Dealing with Kathy and Nathan was both easy and enjoyable. The unit is exactly as described and the photos accurately depict the house. The property is clean and I would stay again in the future. Once a year 7 or 8 of us guys go on a ski trip. So far this has been the best place we have stayed anywhere. It is set up perfectly to handle large groups. We all had our own bed and there were 4 washrooms to handle all of the traffic. The kitchen had everything we needed including a ton of spices. The hot tub comfortably fit all 7 of us and the views are amazing. The garage was a great place to store all of the gear. The area has great places to eat, a decent grocery store and some reasonable ski shops. The best part was waking up to fresh snow and knowing Grand Targhee was a very short 15 minute drive. No lift lines and incredible terrain. We made our mandatory stop at Jackson Hole but save your money unless they got a ton of snow...Grand Targhee has way better snow, is way cheaper and has amazing terrain (make sure you hike Mary's Nipple). We met the cleaning lady (sorry I forgot your name) on the last day and she was super friendly and sweet. Thanks Kathy and Nathan for a great stay! Jason
