Best ski trip ever!

Dealing with Kathy and Nathan was both easy and enjoyable. The unit is exactly as described and the photos accurately depict the house. The property is clean and I would stay again in the future. Once a year 7 or 8 of us guys go on a ski trip. So far this has been the best place we have stayed anywhere. It is set up perfectly to handle large groups. We all had our own bed and there were 4 washrooms to handle all of the traffic. The kitchen had everything we needed including a ton of spices. The hot tub comfortably fit all 7 of us and the views are amazing. The garage was a great place to store all of the gear. The area has great places to eat, a decent grocery store and some reasonable ski shops. The best part was waking up to fresh snow and knowing Grand Targhee was a very short 15 minute drive. No lift lines and incredible terrain. We made our mandatory stop at Jackson Hole but save your money unless they got a ton of snow...Grand Targhee has way better snow, is way cheaper and has amazing terrain (make sure you hike Mary's Nipple). We met the cleaning lady (sorry I forgot your name) on the last day and she was super friendly and sweet. Thanks Kathy and Nathan for a great stay! Jason

My brother and I stayed at Teaton Valley Vista the last week in August. The place was great. The kitchen had anything you needed to make a great meal. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of traveling. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The gal from property management was great to work with.

This home had plenty of space for our family of 7. Meticulously clean! The kids loved the downstairs area: the game table, the room with 3 beds, etc. They also loved the hot tub! Everything was thought of to make our stay comfortable: a crib, a stroller, bikes. Great for a family getaway. We loved the trails in the neighborhood. There was so much to do nearby and this was a great stay near Yellowstone too! We hope to return with our parents some time soon.

This a very clean, well maintained residence. We had a great time there. It is particularly nice if you are looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. We had ten of us and there was plenty of space; no one felt crowded out. Driggs is also a nice little town to just hang out as well.

Our family, 10 adults and 6 children, stayed at this lovely new home in the summer. We absolutely loved the home and majestic surroundings! We plan to go back every year because of the very reasonable price, how clean and new it was, and how we all felt at home while we were there. First of all, the house has many amenities that we never even thought to consider beforehand. Things like a grill, pots and pans, seasonings, cooking essentials, basically everything that you'd have at home. There was even a second kitchen downstairs. The bathrooms were fully supplied with everything you'd expect to see at a nice hotel, soaps, towels, shampoos, etc, and the whole house was immaculately cleaned. Each room has individual climate control, the four full bathrooms allowed us all to be able to use the bathroom or shower whenever needed (and never ran out of hot water!), the very large hottub was set outside on the deck with unbelievable views of the snowcapped mountain peaks, stars, etc., and it even had a cool gameroom downstairs with a professional foosball table! Also, it had high speed wireless internet, two tvs hooked up to cable, comfortable beds for everyone, two living rooms, and a garage where we could park our vehicles. The surrounding area is absolutely incredible. This was the summer season, and there was just so much that you could do. We went hiking around a lake with a waterfall and beautiful mountain views, saw wildlife up close and personal including moose, elk, buffalo, antelope, and more, visited historic Jackson Wyoming, visited Yellowstone and Teton National park, and too much else to even mention. I hear that in the winter season they have world-class skiing as well just minutes from the house. We've been on vacations in many diverse locations, and this was, by far, the best trip we've been on! It was so much better than staying at a hotel, which by the way, would have cost us significantly more than this house. We are already planning our next vacation to this same house!

Everything was as promised or better. Communication was outstanding. Home was peaceful, convenient & well appointed. Including all those little things you forget. Loved the view / location was super. We had a great time. The house was easy to find and had nice amenities. The owners were excellent to work with and we couldn’t have asked a better stay. The house was nicely furnished to make it feel homey (throws on the couches, towels and drying rack for hot tub, puzzles/games, movies, toiletries, nice kitchen supplies, etc). If we travel to the area in the future, we would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay in this comfortable and spacious home. It was well-equipped and well-maintained. The location was ideal -- quiet and serene. Short drive for a day trip to Jackson (lovely drive!) is recommended. The owners were responsive, helpful, prompt and attentive. The property manager was also helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this home for families -- lots of bedrooms to spread out for individual space, as well as open, spacious area for gathering together. We will definitely return and have already recommended this home to friends and family. An excellent value and a great rental home!

Me and my family enjoyed a lot our staying in here. Our room was very nice, we even had a little crib for our baby and everything was so clean. We also liked a lot the hot tub. The surroundings were excellent too !!!

Nathan and Kathy were GREAT to work with! We planned an ski trip with a large group the their house is perfect!! We had plenty of space, lots of privacy, and the proximity to the hill can't be beat! Thanks again guys for making our trip memorable!

My family and I stayed at Teton Valley Vista in July 2009. Our ages ranged from 4 months to 58 years old. This home met our every need for all the children and adults. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The little ones had a lot of fun riding their bikes on the bike trail that goes right behind the house and enjoyed playing on the grass in the yard. My only regret was that we didn't sign up to stay longer!!

We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This home was perfect for us. It was completely equipped and immaculate! From the flat TV to watch movies to the outdoor hottub to the garage-covered parking, nothing was missing. Its location next to Driggs made it easy to go out to dinner and Targhee was only about 10 miles up the road. I highly recommend this home.

This is a great place. Close to Grand Targhee for skiing and close to town for meals. Lots of room to spread out. I would definitely stay there again.

8 of my friends and i enjoyed a fabulous weekend getaway here. It was wonderful and there was more than enough room for all. The owners have equipped the house so well and furnished it very nicely. We had a blast in the hot tub and watching the big flat screen. It was perfect!

This was a wonderful vacation rental. It had comfortable beds, nice open spaces, and was well maintained. We enjoyed its central location and were close to many attractions. We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome house! Great location! I only spent a few nights but it felt like home, only better! I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and watching cable TV on the giant crystal clear flat screen TV! The wireless internet is awesome! It's in the whole house! The house was completely stocked with everything I could possibly need! There were even fishing poles and mountain bikes for my conveiniance! I will be booking my next trip early to make sure I get the same house! I'll definately go back this summer!

Fantastic new home in a great, quiet, scenic, easy to access location. Only a short 15 minute drive up Ski Hill Road to Grand Targhee and spectacular Teton views. The house was better than we had expected. Very clean and spacious. The online photos were accurate enough but don’t do the area views justice. You have to be there to enjoy it. The bathrooms, kitchen and laundry were well stocked with basic supplies. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. Also, nice to have a large garage in the winter. The hot tub was great. Turn off the back porch light on a clear night to see billions of stars. Note that the digital cable had local news & weather channels out of Utah. Also, the local weather & road conditions phone numbers provided were outdated. No big deal. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and setting us up with an easy reservation. I plan a return trip and would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Teton Valley area.

The house was wonderful. It was stocked with everything you would expect in a normal house. It was great for a large group (10 people) with comfortable beds for everyone. The owner was very helpful with making reservations and answering questions. The skiing in the area is convinient and superb.

Owner response:This group used the main floor only. The house has since been expanded to comfortably sleep up to 16 guests in the name-brand pillowtop beds.

Very nice, new clean house. Bed, bath and kitchen well stocked with supplies. Away from the hustle but close enough to Yellowstone and Grand Teton NPs. Nice hot tub to relax in after a day in the parks. Owner was very helpful in setting up a last minute reservation.
