***Due to the low water level the dock is not floating. You can still get a boat in and out of the cove. Great for fishing boats! Great fishing cove!!! Harbor Light Marina is located in the same subdivision where you can dock bigger boats. Beautiful water view and access from the private dock.

Shop all day at the Tanger outlets (over 200 stores) then relax on the dock or the wrap around deck in serenity. Hunting and golf is available and only 20 minutes away. Six Flags is 2 hours away. There are many parks in the area that are very close to the house. White water rafting is close to this house.
There are so many fun things to do BUT the best is relaxing, boating and swimming right there at your own private newly built lake house!
