New luxurious 2-bedroom condo at Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort - this is in phase 2 - has a spectacular ocean view (Sea of Cortez). This condo boasts an extra-large patio, master bedroom and living room-you'll have beautiful views of the ocean sunsets. The second bedroom w/ a queen bed has a walk-out patio with some views of the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course.
This condo is the largest 2-bedroom at Las Palomas-it is an 1800 sq.' condo, with all tile floors and granite counter tops. The condo is set up nicely with the bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit. They each have access to their own bathroom and have walk-in closets -nice quiet privacy for each room.
The swimming pool area has a negative edge pool, lazy river, toddler pool, swim-up bar, jacuzzi and a heated pool. You can use the pools at any of the phases of the development, each is unique. Phase 1 has a water slide and beach towels. Food and Bar service is available at all pools. Lounge chairs and beach towels are also available and provided to guests for poolside enjoyment.
Underground, secure parking is just a few feet from the elevator for easy access. The complex is private and secured!
There is a fitness center which can be used by all adult guests, located near the lobby where you check in. The private 18 hole Nicklaus Links golf course can be reserved up to 5 days in advance.
Activities on the beach include beach volleyball and beach soccer, the condo association has various children's activities posted as well. You can also rent jet skis and ride the banana boat.
Las Palomas is a wonderful resort with all the top amenities, the town has a nice mix of good restaurants, shops, and a chance to mingle with the locals - they make you feel very welcome!
