From here you can see all of Downtown Gatlinburg and deep into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, plus you'll enjoy incredible views from ABOVE Ober Gatlinburg's ski slopes and passenger tram/cable car system!
Ober Gatlinburg has 8 ski trails, year round ice skating, an amusement arcade, bungee jumping, indoor shopping mall, and a fantastic food court. There is also a full service restaurant/bar & grill. During the summer guests enjoy water slides, go cart racing, the "Alpine Slide" (concrete, dry, downhill bobsled type ride), and breathtaking views from the chair lift. They also have summer skiing!
"The View" is located only 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. You can easily drive into town or park at Ober Gatlinburg and ride the cable car right into the heart of Downtown Gatlinburg. You will find the areas best dining, shopping, entertainment, and night life in Downtown Gatlinburg.
When you arrive at this beautiful property you'll drive directly into your private two car garage/carport. As you enter you'll climb a flight of stairs to the main floor. Spacious living spaces await you, along with two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a beautifully furnished kitchen. Satellite Television service is provided as is local telephone. There are many games and amenities for you to enjoy including washer and dryer, outdoor grill, hot tub, indoor Jacuzzi... And did we mention the beautiful mountain views?
