Holly House is just a few minutes away from two brand new major malls and a huge outlet mall. Southwest Florida International Airport is less than ten minutes away. Outstanding restaurants and (50) golf courses surround the area. Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers, Bonita and Lovers Key beaches are all close by. There are three Gulf access boat ramps within 10 minutes of Holly House. Owners live nearby and can easily be reached for information on the area or restaurant recommendations.

This home has an ample living room equipped with a large flat screen TV. There is a half bath downstairs near the laundry room. The eat in kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with essential cooking basics and is adjacent to a separate dining room. Upstairs are three bedrooms to comfortably sleep six, including the master suite with a queen bed, walk-in closet and adjoining master bath. A second bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet, and a third with two twin beds, to accommodate for visiting grandchildren!
