This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condominium is located on the second floor of Surf Dweller and has all the amenities you could ask for. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath with a walk in closet and a huge sliding glass door that overlooks the gulf. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a long built-in closet. In addition to the bedrooms there is a queen size sleeper sofa. The condominium can comfortably sleep up to eight people. There is also a queen size air mattress. The sitting area has recently been refurnished and looks stunning. You will feel like you walked into paradise when you look out the sliding glass doors and see only the ocean. The sitting room has a full view of the ocean. The balcony is very large with beautiful deck furniture and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is extremely large which leaves ample room for numerous cooks. In addition to the large bedrooms and kitchen there is a nice size dining room that seats eight along with a bar that can seat three. The unit has a 32 inch flat screen tv and a large tv in the M/BR, cable, stereo system, two DVD players, wireless internet access, washer/dryer, full kitchen, covered parking, games, puzzles and more.
Surf Dweller offers beach chair service during the summer months. In addition, the property has lighted tennis courts, and a nice size swimming pool along with a baby pool for the little ones.
Surf Dweller is located in Fort Walton beach which is four miles west of Destin, Florida.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our vacation! The condo was perfect for eight of us: 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and one toddler. The location is a very short drive to the heart of Destin restaurants and away from all the traffic. We loved being slightly secluded that way. We would return to the condo after going out, relax, and have a wonderful ocean view! If it's available for our next vacation to Destin/Ft. Walton, we will definitely book it! Thanks, Teri, for everything!

The condo is great nice spacious and clean looks exactly like photos and it had a great view of the beach. Owners were very nice and very considerate and made us feel comfortable just as if we were at home. Owners responded quickly if you have any questions. Great place to relax and kids had a great time as well. My family will return next year. I would definitely reccommend the condo and there is so much to do. Thanks!

I dont go to florida often but thus is my place when i go back. From the parking lot the elevator is about 15 feet and the condo is about 15 feet. Being on the second floor the stairs are a great option. For some reason i have to constantly go to my car for something or to put something in it. The few times i called Teri she answered immediately or retrurned my call while her phone was still ringing. She made me feel comfortable and never alone. Absolutely a joy to deal with. Give her a try if you get a chance. PS It was my 40th wedding anniversary and I wanted it to be special and it certainly was,

We stayed here last summer for just a few nights, wish we could have stayed longer. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and were never crowded. Beautifuly furnished and just like home!

Perfect location! We slept to the sound of the waves each night and enjoyed the beautiful beach scenery every morning. Did get to see the dolphins in the morning! The space is wonderful. Plenty of room and enough privacy for two forty-somethings and teen son with a friend to enjoy a wonderful long weekend. Thanks Teri for EVERYTHING!

Wonderful condo! Spacious and very clean. Great ocean front view with huge balcony. Everything you could possible want or need comes with rental. Can't wait to return! Teri and Sabrina were exceptionally helpful! Will definiately stay there again.

Because I have heard only wonderful things about this condo from the guests, I thought it was high time the Manager went to see what all the fuss was about!!! Thank you to all the guests who told me how wonderful it was! I was finally able to go and enjoyed it as much as you said I would! Coffee in the morning watching the ocean, wine in the evening watching the sunset!!! Absolutely wonderful!! I will go back again....thanks to all of you!

We enjoyed Labor Day at the condo and the weather was perfect. Ahhh, the veiws and facilites were the best.We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and saw dolphins every day. This condo will be on my A list, and we look forward to a return visit soon. Big thanks to Teri for a smooth and uncomplicated rental.

OUTSTANDING-SPACIOUS-GREAT VIEW-CLEAN-A/C WORKED WELL-TERI IS THE BEST-LARGE BALCONY I have been to the beach on several occasions and never been more satisfied with the entire package.
