  We go to Fort Walton almost every summer - and have stayed at Surf Dweller before, but this was our first time in this unit. It was wonderful - the kitchen and linens were well-stocked and we found everything we needed! It even included a two beach chairs and an umbrella - but we paid for beach service each day anyway because we are lazy! Teri was great to work with - and the condo was awesome! We took two adults, two teen girls and a ten year old boy - and everyone had plenty of room to spread out! The kitchen was huge and that is a plus when you have several people in there at once trying to fix sandwiches, etc. Love the Surf Dweller, and love this condo!

  This was my second summer to stay at Surf Dweller. It was amazing. Right on the beach, very safe for my children, close to so many restaurants and grocery stores. Just an awesome place for the family to stay. The most relaxing week ever! I'm ready to go back....

  Just got back from our family vacation at the Surf Dweller in Fort Walton beach. It was everything they said and more. The location was great, not as much traffic as Destin. The view was awesome. The condo was very spacious and clean. We had my mother, children and grandchildren and were never cramped for space. Teri thank you so much for everything it was a pleasure doing business with you hope to see you next June.

  We have always loved staying on Okaloosa Island but hadn't stayed at the Surfdweller in 20 years. Didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly suprised to find 202 exactly what we had hoped for. The condo was spacious, clean and we loved being on the 2nd floor. While the mirrored walls were a little dated, the fact that there was several young women with us, no one had to fight for mirror time...! We had easy access to the stairs or elevator if needed. Of course it didn't hurt that the weather was glorious and now that we have the girls out of school, I will definitely try mid May again....plenty of room on the beach and no waiting at local eateries...Love that! Try it...you'll like it!

  We had a great time staying here on Fort Walton Beach. The sand and water was absolutely gorgeous, just like the pictures showed. The condo was clean and spacious and balcony was great to sit and just relax watching the ocean. Will definitely go back here! We did go to Mobile Alabama to tour the USS Alabama and really enjoyed our visit there .

  We would have enjoyed better weather, but the accommodations were great. My husband and I, two daughters, one son-in-law, two grandchildren (and for one night another little cousin) had a great time -- plenty of room, no problem finding mirrors when we all needed to get ready for the wedding at the same time. The beach access was wonderful, very easy! We wished we had more days unconnected with the wedding so that we had more time on the silky soft white sand. The balcony was a wonderful spot to sit and talk, watch the surf and share a glass of wine. Great vacation!

  We enjoyed our stay at surf dweller very much. Management was very helpful in all areas. We did point out several items that need attention and was assured items would be corrected. Again thanks ror a wonderful stay. We have renewed our stay for Dec to March.

  We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our vacation! The condo was perfect for eight of us: 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and one toddler. The location is a very short drive to the heart of Destin restaurants and away from all the traffic. We loved being slightly secluded that way. We would return to the condo after going out, relax, and have a wonderful ocean view! If it's available for our next vacation to Destin/Ft. Walton, we will definitely book it! Thanks, Teri, for everything!

  The condo is great nice spacious and clean looks exactly like photos and it had a great view of the beach. Owners were very nice and very considerate and made us feel comfortable just as if we were at home. Owners responded quickly if you have any questions. Great place to relax and kids had a great time as well. My family will return next year. I would definitely reccommend the condo and there is so much to do. Thanks!

  I dont go to florida often but thus is my place when i go back. From the parking lot the elevator is about 15 feet and the condo is about 15 feet. Being on the second floor the stairs are a great option. For some reason i have to constantly go to my car for something or to put something in it. The few times i called Teri she answered immediately or retrurned my call while her phone was still ringing. She made me feel comfortable and never alone. Absolutely a joy to deal with. Give her a try if you get a chance. PS It was my 40th wedding anniversary and I wanted it to be special and it certainly was,
