  Just wanted to share our wonderful experience renting this condo! The reservation process via e-mail was very convenient. Toni was extremely helpful answering all our questions as this was our first trip to AZURE and Okaloosa Island. On our day of arrival, we did not have to wait in line to check-in! We simply used the door codes provided via e-mail. We rented this condo and two others from Toni. All three were exactly as advertised. All condos were clean, comfortable and well furnished. The flat screen TVs were a big hit as we watched the summer Olympics during our stay. Free access to the chairs and umbrellas on the beach were an unexpected bonus! The AZURE condo resort is terrific. Lots of convenient parking, multiple elevators located throughout the property, plenty of luggage carts, and easy beach/pool access made for a hassle-free vacation. The AZURE location on Okaloosa Island is perfect. . . .walking distance to High Tide Restaurant (great family seafood), ALVIN's Island and a lovely PUBLIX supermarket is just across the bridge. The beautiful white beach, and emerald Gulf water, dazzled everyone in the family. Couldn't ask for better along the Gulf coast! We are already talking about returning to AZURE and Toni's condos for another family vacation. After our check-out from AZURE, we received our full security deposit refund check in the mail within ten days. Very prompt! We would highly recommend the AZURE property and renting condos from Toni!

  We stayed in June and thought it was a fun trip, but not happy with the condo at all. Door knobs were breaking off in our hand. Pieces of broken furniture were found in drawers, and the cheap DVD player ate one of our DVD's and ruined it. The living room furntiture is the most uncomfortable furniture ever. We all complained about it the whole stay. As well as nothing to clean with. No broom, mop that was useless,etc. Which a cleaning fee is included in the rental cost, right? Who wants to clean on vacation :) The overall condo building and location is great, but we have stayed in other units in this building and this was the least favorite. Not worth the cost at all!!

  Owner response: The real issue behind the review by this renter, Dill (TX), is the loss of her damage deposit. She made no complaints during her stay. The condition of the unit when she checked out was considerably worse than normal use by a family on vacation. The additional cleaning, the damage repair and replacing a comforter set made it necessary to keep her deposit to cover these costs. This unpleasant situation has only occurred once before in the past 5 years. We make every effort to immediately address any issue a renter may have during their stay. Just last week we received the following email from a guest: “I just wanted to let you know what a fabulous condo 501 was! We have stayed in several units in that building and this is probably the best! It was VERY spacious, comfy and most importantly, CLEAN. Nobody wanted to leave......especially me! Thanks again!   This is definitely one of the nicest 4 bedroom condos we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of room and the bathrooms were all very spacious! The shared bathroom was huge with a very long double sink. It was better than having your own small bathroom like most condos have. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, making it very easy to keep towels and bathing suits clean. The personnel were very friendly and helpful and parking was very ample, although spaces are a bit limited for tall vehicles. The beds were very comfortable, not the thin mattresses you sometimes get with a condo. The only negative things were the TV's in the bedrooms were very small, the seats on kitchen chairs were sunken in, and we never could get the Internet connection to work (but we didn't have any trouble jumping onto other's unsecured wireless connections). But those are very minor compared to how nice everything was. The island itself is beautiful and laid back. Waiting to eat was never a problem and I highly recommend Big City American Bistro. The atmosphere was very high class, the meal selection will please anybody, and the prices are reasonable. On our second trip back, the waitress remembered us from the first time, and was serving our drinks (from memory) as we were sitting down! I highly recommend this condo and this area if you want a comfortable, relaxing beach vacation!

  The description and photos accurately described the property. The total square footage worked great for multiple families since it provided enough room for us to be together while still giving us a space of our own. A great view from the 5th floor in both directions, pier included. The pool and splash area were enjoyable for our smaller childer and the beach area was close enough to run back up to the room as needed. Overall, this was a great extended family vacation and I would recommend this location and unit. Looking forward to our next trip!
